Fantastic game and hobby shop. I love this store. They have a great selection and can order it in if not in stock. Really helpful staff. Totally worth checking out if you are in the area.

Got some wicked cool yo yo's and bag full of toys, young lady helping us was on the ball!

Games world have such a variety of games, cars, and all sorts of stuff.
The staff are always so helpful.

Everything in games world is $20-$100 more than what you can get it for at Kmart or Target. Plus they don’t have a returns policy. I tried to return a brand new game I got the day before with a receipt because I found it cheaper at Kmart and they said no. Don’t waste your money

This place is amazing, it has excellent custormer service, I could stand in the shop and stare for hours at the wide range of different products it has available. On the website I emailed them about a product and how its image didn't eactly match the price and I got a reply withen the next day giving me a clear, kind, imformative answer, and they changed the image to match the products price. Definetly would go here for games.

Entered the store to stares, we say hello to the two female workers and they reply with “were closing in three minutes. ”
Not even a full 60 seconds later they ask us to leave, didn’t give us a second to even tell them we were buyers, we knew what we wanted but that wasn’t good enough for them.
Now I understand that we all want to get out on time, but if they let us look for a full minute we would have bought something and been out by the time it would have taken them to spell hippopotamus.
Outrageous attitude, one star all around

Very pleasant staff, not super knowledgeable about more abstract games but still very nice and happy to do the leg work.

Literally drove half an hour to get here with ten minutes until it closed, looking for help the manager was so unhelpful and totally put me off ever coming to this game shop again. A totally different approach to the other games hope we have been to in Perth-really disappointed with their attitude.

We bought a board game from Games World only last week.
We still had the receipt and when we requested a refund today we were flatly refused. The manager of the store was both unwilling to help, uncooperative and downright rude. It is so close to Christmas and many people make mistakes, but to refuse a refund is beyond unfair - it should be illegal. The game we were forced to keep was $40 in Games World and only $16 in BigW - absolutely no offer was available to price match - so in the end we were ripped off on a game on top of being refused a refund on the item which was purchased less than a week ago WITH a receipt. Shocked at the appalling customer service.
