Went in a couple of days ago, when we entered, no other customers in store but the 2 girls just sat at the computer giggling to each other rather than greeting (as is standard practice in every other Games world store i have been to). Eventually one went to pretend to look busy by straightening a pile of puzzles that was already straight, when she had plenty of real mess to be cleaning as the store was a complete pigsty. One of them went and got a ladder at one point and when walking around the store knocked over some expensive piles of stock with her carelessness.

Only reason this isn't a 1 star is because they had a very good range of hard to find items (however it was such a mess it's no wonder nobody had founds them to buy).

Was served today (Xmas Eve) by an older lady who couldn’t have been more helpful! Bought a puzzle & asked her if it was “difficult enough for my mum who is a puzzle aficionado? ” She proceeded to tell me how great it was, that she owned the same puzzle & listed all of the great features & why I had made a perfect choice! Fabulous customer service! Especially because it was not only extremely busy, but also because it's Xmas and it means so much more to take that extra time! Much appreciated

Games World Garden City.refused to honour the price label on 'Roll For It Deluxe' version.
Shown at $49.99 but claimed a pricing mistake and should have been $64.99. All the other boxes were also the cheaper price. Staff member claimed she couldn't change the price in the system!
I work in retail and know what can and can't be changed on register's.
Extremely poor customer service by Gamesworld and recommend training their staff properly.

I shopped at GAMES WORLD for the first time last week, and was blown was blown away by the incredible customer service shown to me by the team at Booragoon. Nothing was to difficult and they went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Will certainly shop here again.

Terrible returns policy, Zero care factor for customer, Not even 24hrs after purchase and was told they could do nothing as the item purchased was a limited edition. In fact the item is boxed as limited edition, but is not the correct car from the TV Show! Misleading packaging, Terrible Customer Service.

They sell Harry Potter stuff, so supporting a Terf isn't the best thing ever. But everything else is great!

Great selections of cheap to super expensive games. Everyone could find something interesting here!

Good range but seriously overpriced. For simple stuff like a deck of cards, expect to pay triple what you would pay elsewhere.

Great service. Staff spent time talking about selections and hunted down the last copy of a game for me.

Great selection of games and jigsaw puzzles. Staff are very helpful with suggestions of which games are best for any particular age group.

HEAPS of variety, definitely a must-visit! Don't take a trolley in though, there's zero room to move.

Despite the bad reviews I had a good experience. I asked for some recommendations and wasn't disappointed. Both ladies were bubbly and happy to help.

Came in to purchase a booster box of cards during the boxing day sales. Staff member politely said they had to call management and confirm. Management refused to honour the 20% off storewide offer. Lost $150 sale, went home and checked the online store to find I could purchase it online with the 20% off and free shipping. Wont be coming back

Was spoken to like I was stupid. Tell after asking for advice on some games, was told
"You're better off just coming in", I explained getting to the store might be a problem but wanted more information on what kind of games they had, the young lady hung up. Just plain rude.
