By far, the best Warhammer store I have been to and the best service I've received in store. Helpful with painting schemes, new characters, playing styles and the books. Always a pleasure coming into the store (and spending up big time!)

What I fantastic shop! It seems as though every time I enter there’s an absolutely great guy there to greet me. In particular Matt was a huge help when it came to deciding what to buy. Never once has a phone call I have made gone unanswered. Overall a great place to spend time just for the customer service alone.

Great Service and nice selection of paints and minis, I was happily surprised by the price for the amount I purchased, quite good value considering the quality and how long it's likely to last me.

Matt the manager is amazing just to talk too and is very easy to talk to helps with buying figures and paints and gives honest advice, he will also go beyond the call of duty to make sure you have a nice time in the store.one day My mates and I went in on Tuesday (when they are not open) and there was a guy reorganising the stock even though they were not open they still let us in to buy our paints ect. Very nice people and will Definitely be back!

Mitch is super friendly and helpful. My 7year old son is mesmerised by the store. Online can’t compete with a well oiled business model like this.

Mitch is an amazing manager, knows anything and everything about Warhammer. Great place to chill all day, even just chatting with people.

Have loved Warhammer lore and played the Pen and Paper RPG for a few years now and came to this store hoping to get into collecting and painting.
Mitch was so helpful in getting us to a starting point and I am very glad he was there to point us toward the right things. His passion is so very present and you can tell that all the staff genuinely care about helping newcomers feel welcome.
