Gamato

Took on the challenge of replacing filter pads on a very old evaporative cooler system. The brand is not one of the big ones, and, thankfully, Gamato had the parts in stock. Initially I had the wrong size pads but was able to replace them (unopened) for the correct size with no problems.

Found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Only downside was trying to find out if they were open as the hours published online were slightly different to those on their door, and no updated hours online to reflect the peri-Christmas holidays. Phone was not always answered to be able to check and on one occasion I had to drive there to see.

Recently bought a water pump from Gamato for $156 to replace the conked-off pump in my Brivis evaporative cooler. Subsequently, found exactly the same pump from many other sources online and eastern states at very much lower prices - as much as three times cheaper. Common Gamato, you can do better than this!

Josh was able to establish what I needed (and didn't need) for repair of air-conditioning. He went 'above and beyond' in terms of service.

Ordered a winter cover for my evaporative unit that did not fit as the model number stated on my unit was actually incorrect. Tania and Jon figured out the issue and sent a larger cover on the same day, as well as a return shipping label even though it was my units model number mix-up.

Have a fantastic range of parts to suit all Evaporative Air conditioners. Went in chasing a part I could not locate anywhere & the staff member pulled one from behind the desk within seconds saying these are extremely common. Will return for any other AC needs!

Actually have their products listed for online ordering! (unusual for an Australian company - I've sometimes ordered from overseas just because it's been endless phone calls and stuffing around just to find if an item is stocked, followed by a cumbersome process for ordering and payment).

A perfect place for evaporative aircon parts. Their prices are even better than eBay and other online shops. My cooler is Cool breeze CR series which I think should be more than 15 years old. I bought all the spare parts I needed from them, including filter pads, solenoid, square O ring and magnetic float switch. The staff really know about their products and are very nice. Their products are of very high quality. Excellent products and excellent service.

Honest Ethical and good old fashioned vibe interactions. I was looking to buy a $330+ control replacement. The guys said to bring my old one to them for a test. I did not need to buy a replacement after it was tested and was a fault in my main cable. My wallet was happy haha
