Gallery Serviced Apartments

Avoid this place. Absolute disaster, I have never ever been so disrespected in my life. Our travel agent booked this accommodation for us. There was a mix up with the check out date and we were at work. Our travel agent negotiated a later checkout of 3pm. In my lunch break I went to the apartment and found that management had taken it upon themselves to pack up our stuff. We were travelling with our two kids and no care or consideration was given to our belongings at all. Please see attached photos of our things strewn around their office. My earrings were found on the floor, pictures my kids had drawn were covered in coffee and not recoverable, iPads and devices were chucked into plastic bags. My kids medication was thrown into bags and has leaked everywhere. This treatment is absolutely disgusting and on top of that, the managers behaviour was deplorable. He was aggressive and rude and then demanded a credit card for the late checkout. DO NOT STAY HERE - AVOID
Also: washing machine did not work and there was no hot water in the showers

Great value for money accommodation. Spacious and clean 3 bedroom apartment, walking distance to everything, host Richard was very welcoming. (Dishwasher very loud and showers could have been a tad hotter but minor inconveniences). Overall excellent stay.

Have stayed at Gallery Apartments several time's and on each occasion my family and I have not been disappointed.
Excellent accommodation, facilities and location.
Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The apartment was excellent, spacious, large kitchen, big bedrooms and staff very helpful and accommodating.
The only thing difficult was the really uncomfortable couches in the living area. They were uncomfortable, dirty and smelt of previous unwashed bodies. People staying in apartments really need somewhere clean and comfortable to sit.
Otherwise everything was fine.

My family stayed here for a wedding in freemantle. The apartments are huge, modern, very clean and in a great location. Short walk to shops. The manager was lovely! Kitchen comes with stove, dishwasher and utensils. Large dining and lounge area with big outdoor balcony. 3 bedroom apartment also had 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, with a laundry as well. Highly recommend!

Apartments are very large with good sized bedrooms and lots of space, Pools a great size and nice and clean. The only issue we had was our apartment stunk of cigarette smoke and even though they were quick to try and rectify it with cleaning spray and a couple of bottles of wine to apologise, We stayed for four nights and the smell was still really bad till we left. Lucky for use we had booked several apartments for a big group so we didn't have to spend much time in our apartment. All and all a great stay and we would defiantly stay again.

Exceĺlent unit, Richard and Moses were great, free bus out the front, right in the heart of everything. Just perfect.

We stayed for a family wedding. Very well located- we were able to walk to most places. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a family.

The apartments are very well appointed and very clean. They are central to shops and museums and a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminals. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms of a good size. It has an outdoor pool which is not heated, so is only for the hardiest of swimmers. My only complaint is that the Apartments are situated between 2 clubs that are open at weekends and play loud thumping music from about 9pm to the early hours of the following morning, making it hard to sleep. To add insult to injury, the rooms are more expensive at weekends!
We would stay there again but avoid it at weekends.
