Took my car to galleria for service and Samara served me, she was friendly honest and helpful and has restored my faith in service departments, recommend them to everyone looking for reliable mechanics and great service

I had the pleasure of dealing with Tony in Used car department. I took a Prado from him. It was a great experience, very easy to deal with. Followed up a few things on time.great communication and understanding. Definitely go back again if I am looking for another car.

I recently received my Land cruiser Prado from Toyota Galleria Morley. I am really happy after receiving it. Thanks alot Craig and Tony for taking care of me. Their customer dealing skills are top notch which made this happen.

Great service on my new car purchase and a good friendly environment, Aaron did a first class job setting up test drive and finalising purchase and getting all final documents signed and approved. I booked two vehicles year ago and at time of delivery I visited they said we couldn’t place you order. Is this a joke that I am waiting from one year and you said it was fault of your ex sales person. And later they are also very rude and unprofessional. Third class customer service and sales even all dealership. Really really bad experience. Running from their commitment and words as well.

AVOID - Stereotypical used car salesman. As I have purchased 7 cars previously from caryards, needing to buy again I wasn't expecting such an intimidating and stressful experience. The salesman was extremely pushy and a bully.

Thank you Samara from the friendliest service department I have ever visited. Amazing service being greeted with a genuine smile and when I picked up my car it was cleaner than the day I picked it up from another car yard that I will never return to. If you are chasing real old fashioned service with a smile then go to Galleria Toyota.
P. S even the dealer principal was happy to have a chat by the coffee machine. More car dealerships should take a leaf out of their book.

Very disappointing experience.

In late March of 2023 as a potential customer prepared to spend $30k+ on a new Toyota vehicle I have called the dealership with plans of arranging a view and a test drive.

I was told that the model I have had in mind was available for viewing. Appointment was made for the following day. I showed up on time only to be told that the consultant I have spoken on the phone and made the appointment with (less than 24 hours before the actual appointment) was no longer employed at the dealership and that the vehicle I was going to look at and test drive was now sold.

I have expressed my disappointment and the typical excuses followed. "We did not know you have had an appointment. ", "The person just resigned. ", "We could not cancel by calling/emailing you (even though I left my contact details). " and so on and so forth.

No one owned or apologised for the situation, no one acknowledged that I just spent 30 minutes driving 20 kilometres to the dealership, no one offered any kind of alternatives or recommendations, they just told me that new vehicles of this make/model will not be available for the next 12 months.

Apparently, in 2023 no one at the dealership have heard of shared calendars, business continuity, and customer service. Then again, maybe my expectations as a potential paying customer were too high, or maybe I was not spending enough. At least the showroom looked nice and on a personal level staff was pleasant enough, so I guess it can't be that bad now, can it?

It is indeed true what the local advertisements say, "Choose your dealer (ship) before you chose your car. " With that in mind I find it impossible to recommend to anyone to choose this particular Toyota Dealer (ship).

Exceptional service from these guys! My partner and I couldn’t be more happier with the process and vehicle. We dealt with Axelle and Craig, and all I can say is that they have set the bar high! So much for Toyota certified, beware of this.
I bought a Mitsubishi asx in Jan from them. When I inspect it everything seems good, and they even did a service. As I live in Broome, I took it to another mechanic to make sure it's safe for long distance drive, and turns out it had leak from crankshaft and shock breaker. To make things worse, there was sign that it had been cleaned instead of fixed, which is why I didn't see it when I inspect it. And this stuff not exactly cheap to fix.
Just be aware of this, and dont trust the toyota certified completely. Really disappointed with this and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Also, was gonna do a trade in, and they really low balled the offer of my car. Better to try and sell your car by yourself rather than trade it in.

Amazing car service experience! Had taken my car in last week for it's first service and was met by wonderful, warm and friendly customer service from Samara Lewis! Absolutely disgraceful. Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a $69000 used Toyota Land Cruiser Ute from galleria along with $5000 5 years warranty, and after 2 days of driving (2500kms) my Ute broke down due to a melted DPF. Toyota then accused me of putting contaminated fuel in the vehicle and said they won’t fix it but when they tested the fuel tank no contaminates were found. And told me the cost to fix it is $11000, I then questioned this action. Since then John head principal at Toyota refuses to respond to my emails and calls my Ute has now been broken down for 3 weeks and no one will contact me. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and not do a review just yet but this is beyond a joke. Be patient. Shop elsewhere
