The staff were helpful and they had a good choice of footwear. However I wouldn't recommend any closed in leather shoes. The leather is hard and you could only wear in winter as my feet become very hot. I've never had this problem with other leather shoes. I note the shoes are made in China. I'll go back to the Colorado Brand as they use a better quality leather. Disappointing after spending $250.

Was way better last year. Wasted two long trips. Not a great variety.was offered one type of shoe. Didn’t have anything to suit my needs. Went and paid for shoes elsewhere. Drove back out to get the shoes altered. Only to find the guys retired and no one can alter them. Plus they’d lost the referral.
Confidence gone… off to find other professionals.

$500+ custom shoes. Sole peeled straight away, fixed once peeled again immediately. Noone will return my calls. Not happy.

Shoe's great but if you want good service would not recommend this company. Keeping customer informed and giving correct information is not their top priority. Also no apologies for when mistakes happen

Have a great experience today At the specialist footwear company for the second time in 10 years really surprised how long my shoes have blasted which is a A credit to Chris workmanship the place is conveniently located between a forklift company and lims Lunch bar the ramp access is a bit steep however it is clearly a body corporate issue as the lunch bar has the same type of access issues looking forward to getting my new pair of shoes

Great staff, i went and bought a pair of shoes to use with my orthotics instead of standard runners/shoes. The staff could not have been any better as they not only gave some good advice, but I have felt immediate improvement. Went back 2 weeks later and bought some runners. Feet are now good. Wish the podiatrist had advised me to do this as well.

Took my Mother for comfortable shoes. Excellent service. Extremely happy. Will recommend to everyone. Thankyou for making my Mother a very happy lady.
