Great Customer Experience!
We had an absolute fantastic customer experience right from when we entered the store and the staff member (Harsh) helped us with all the furniture we were looking for and all our questions and concerns were listened to with patience and adressed. Great range of products at very competitive price. Glad we ended up buying our furniture from this store and would definitely be a return customer to this store.

Service in store was wonderful, couch is lovely. Delivery guys however left the massive box in the middle of my front lawn with all the loose rubbish to just blow around, didn't offer to bring it in for me (was home alone with my baby) just hopped back in their truck and left after bringing the couch in. With how much you pay for delivery you'd expect them to atleast bring the massive box inside rather than just leave it on your front lawn.

Unfortunately the quality of the item we bought was very low, I had to use brackets and extra screws to reinforce it. Communication about delivery was poor too.

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to help me find the product I wanted and process the transaction.

Ordered 3 piece suite. It was delivered late in afternoon. Delivery person knocked on door and when I opened it he said do you want it inside! I showed him where to put it he then asked do you want us to unpack it. I said yes as it is your job. They unpacked it and put these huge boxes in dining area. He then put backs on and gave me a box with the legs in and said It’s my job to fit the legs not theirs. He then said it’s also my job to fit the arms. I was gob smacked. They don’t take empty boxes away and I PAID $100 FOR DELIVERY. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU. No body mentioned about paying a small fee to take away the cardboard.

Bought an double bed frame here.when i set it up. The legs that screw in were not positioned properly. I used it for a year. But then the actual wood snapped making one of the legs unusable. Very suspicious that it broke a month after my warranty ended. Also I had look at the wood in the frame and saw that it was only 3 mil board in the shape of a wood plank and completely hollow inside it. How was this bed supposed to hold a mattress and 2 people. Never shopping here again.

Quick update: second leg broke the same way the other did.

Great service and they actually have stock unlike the other furniture places where you are waiting 3 months for your order. Nice good quality furniture also.

The sales team are amazing.
They moved chairs around and measured my selected suite to see if it would actually fit in my space Thank you.

Found our couch online and purchased from the Rockingham store. Had some unforeseen difficulties after purchase and the staff were extremely accommodating. Whenever we need furniture this team will be our first port of call

Furniture Bazaar dont take packaging trash awat with them, despite almost every other furniture company doing so. I now have a garage full of cardboard i need to dispose of.

They dont have ant really unique stuff, so next time ill shop at a store that delivery includes trash take away to be honest.

Asia and Gemma (for the he second time!) looked after us with ease. Both were courteous and very helpful. It was a pleasure to shop here. We changed the colour of one piece of furniture and added to our order, with the prospect of 2 or 3 other items.
I can't speak more highly of these two ladies. You rarely enjoy furniture shopping as much as we have in this store. Nothing is too much trouble, and done graciously.

Great value. The two guys helped me lift the display draws I purchased into my car and were great about it.

Store staff were great and delivery organized within 5 days. The delivery guys were polite but due to a sharp bit sticking out on the undercarriage of the couch, it put a hole in the play mat/rug that was in our living room which was really disappointing. The couch was easy to put together but one of the bolts was defective (Allen key part of bolt head filled in). This meant I had to visit several stores to find a suitable replacement which was annoying. I would be reluctant to shop at this store again due to these issues.

The gentleman were very helpful with organising our large purchase and very informative with stock availability and time frames for separate deliveries.

Lounge on special but unable to do Zippay, only cash or card seems like they really don't want business.

Had quality furniture at good prices, just feel like all the staff need to be on the same page.

My wife and I had a very positive experience shopping with Furniture Bazaar Rockingham. The gentleman who served us was very helpful but in no way pushy. We bought a lovely lounge suit and some bedside drawers at a good price and delivery was made exactly as we were promised. We will certainly shop there again.

I will never buy anything at this store ever again. They ignore communications, and are extremely unhelpful. Disgraceful!
