Furniture Bazaar Osborne Park

Did you know that furniture bazaar does false advertising?

Be careful buying online furniture from them. They resell "Artiss" branded furniture and list it on their website and Facebook under a different name.

They try to hide behind terms and conditions that state they accept the right to change the name of the product.

I'd shop around before you buy online here.

Overall had a great experience. The sales team were informative without being pushy and helped my wife and I pick out the perfect mattress. The delivered was made a day earlier than they expected and without any fuss. I can recommend popping in before you buy elsewhere as they often have similar stuff but at a better price.

We visited Osborne Park store & Manager: Irfan Syed helped us with his very professional advice & personalised serivce whilst buying all the Furniture to set up our House post Purchase settlement. We were so excited as not only he did provide expert advice but Great Discounts that were Unmatched in the market with other stores.

I can be demanding at times but our experience here was so great, We are looking forward to the next visit in Osborne park store.

We raised a concern regarding our bed which we recently bought from Furniture Bazaar but after installation the bed keep creating a squeaky noise. I raised the concern and they send a professional to resolve the issue and the response time is so quick and very professional. We really appreciate the help provided by the staff.

I purchased a glass table and chairs. I was told installation would be straight forward. The instructions were dreadful and unclear. I have experience assembling items from IKEA and Bunnings. When I called they were unsympathetic. I will never shop from here again.

Bought a couch from Furniture Bazaar a year ago. Great quality, great price and I didn't have to wait for weeks for it to be delivered. They have very similar products to other brands but always better on price.

Great range of stock and staff were friendly. Fast delivery. Despite what the website says, you are given a delivery ‘day’ where you are sent a text msg the day prior with a delivery window. I will shop here again.

We purchased gaming chairs wow great price ' infact best price for product. The chairs are for our grandchildren so we shopped around alot. Fail on service

Extremely disappointed with customer service and head office, bought a couch and salesperson told us MISLEADING information for the colour and fabric.

When trying to resolve problem with head office, salesperson totally changed her story and told her boss she showed us in person store the fabric swatch and colour it was going to be… which she did not, so basically it was her word against ours

Will not be shopping here again

Products are good but not clear information regarding delivery. Be careful while getting delivery information, because you won’t get the suggested delivery service what they said.

Worst customer experience. Shop for products more than 7000 AUD at their Osborne store and they forced me to pay delivery on one of the mattress again because their Sales Person said it will fit in my car on the day of sale and it didn’t when I went to pickup.

Their Store Manager was least helpful and threatened to keep the mattress in their store forever if I don’t agree to pay the delivery charges again.

Beware for your future purchases. Have also reported them to further authorities for their bad sale tactics.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to purchase a sofa off the shop floor rather then wait for one to be ordered. We were asked if we had RAC membership as we could receieve a furthure discount (at which we did). The sofa was paid for on Saturday and ready to collect on Tuesday all packaged up. Two of the staff helped to load it onto our ute and secure it for travel.

We have just purchased a new modular lounge suite and we’re very happy with the service. The lady at the desk was very helpful and got us the best price for the unit. Thank you

Low floor stock. It was depressing when we walked in to the showroom.the layout.maybe many people won't agree but this for me was an ok store.

We were looking for a buffet and after visiting 4 other stores we found the "modern" design we were looking for, with the help of Karolina. They also provided an RAC discount and temporary storage until we returned from a country trip. Great service.

I was very impressed with the service and knowledge given to me as I was in need of a bed for himself and my 2 kids as I will be moving into my own place very soon
