Furniture Bazaar Joondalup

We bought two of these flip out sofa beds from Furniture Bazaar and they are just perfect for grandchildren sleepovers. Very quick and easy to set up.
Will be great also for movie nights and general use. Very happy with this product.

I went to the Joondalup store looking for an electric recliner lounge and found exactly what I wanted at an amazing price. I was so happy with the savings that I purchased a dining set also. The process was so easy with next day delivery. The delivery men took a lot of care and helped to unpack the items. So now I’ll be heading back for a bedroom suite.

Walking in the experience wasn’t great, had to wait a while before someone walked up and asked us if we needed help. After the first 10 minutes, we had a great experience with the manager and sales assistant working. Lovely people, might just need to show a bit more interest in the first few minutes:)

We had 5 star service from Shan at furniture bazaar. We tried to order online but the payment wouldn't go through (our own fault). We called the store and Shan explained how the order could not go through but for us to pop to the shop for a discounted price. We seen more furniture in store that we wanted to buy and we got even further discounts! Shan was very helpful with the sale, explaining how we could get a further discount with an RAC membership, which we wouldn't have known otherwise. I would recommend this store as Shan and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Purchased a bed and 2 bedsides, total $2,700. Was told the delivery guys would take the delivery upstairs for an extra $25. Items arrived, but the delivery guys were hesitant (to $25) to even entertain the idea of taking the furniture upstairs at first, then they said they would have to use the trolley. The stairs are tiled, and there's no way I'm going to allow a trolley, and they refused to carry up. I'm 54 years old and I managed to carry them up the stairs on my own. Struggled of course, but at least saved $25, but it's so annoying that there's a service offered but then unwilling to at least try. Putting the bed together was not easy. Instructions were not clear, the wooden slats were so cheap and flimsy. Previous beds we've bought have had solid timber slats 4 inches x 1/2 inch at least. These were plywood 1.5 inch x 1/2, and each was bowed differently, so where the timber meets the metal support just clangs. Two of the 4 wooden feet were split top to bottom, but at least I could put those to the back. Normally I'd admit you get what you pay for, but this bed was on sale from $1,700 down to $1,300 so it's not cheap, but the quality is. Invoice Number JP048258

We were looking for a rocker recliner, and Christina was very helpful at directing us towards, and providing information on, the Eliza. We came back the next day to try it again (when plugged in, to test the motor) and Shannon was so knowledgeable and friendly. Both Christina and Shannon were so helpful without being pushy, and we felt very confident in our purchase. We also had no idea that RAC members get 5% off, which was a wonderful surprise. The delivery process was very quick and easy (ordered on Saturday, delivered on Tuesday), and the delivery people set up the chair for us. We had a great experience at the Joondalup store, thank you Christina and Shannon!

Spent $4000 on a couch just over 3 years later after purchasing all the after care bla bla cushions / springs flopped being painful to lie on. There are only two of us barley using this huge couch each of us only weighing no more then 70kg.very cheap made products with poor service

When attempted to contact them in regards to warranty they said I was a few months tough luck more or less. What a waste of 4k will never recommend any one to buy from here again

Purchased a couch from furniture bazaar Joondalup. Less then a year in a large spring comes poking through and end recliner is having issues coming out. Takes about 2 months for someone to come out and have a look at it as still under warranty (March 2021) pulled the spring out and said will come back with parts and fix the end recliner. Several calls and reminders asking when is the guy coming back to fix the couch. STILL haven’t heard back and no one has come to fix the couch! Honestly don’t recommend buying a couch from here unfortunately.

Both staff members listen to our needs and came up with a product that suited our home. I would highly recommend shopping Furniture Bazaar in Joondalup.

Bought a 5 seat recliner lounge that is just awesome. Then got a 2 seater to match perfectly. Great furniture, reasonable pricing. Worth a look.

We shopped around for a new lounge, and consequently returned to Joondalup store. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made you feel comfortable to discuss your needs. Will definitely be back when we need more furniture. Thanks again for an excellent service.

On our way home after spending the day visiting several Furniture Stores we drove past Furniture Bazaar, decided to turn around and do one last Store. Staff members were great, letting us move tables, couches etc mixing and matching, I can't wait for it all to arrive. We will be back.
