Just letting you know, before you purchase any items from Cannington Furniture Bizzare please read the terms and conditions as they have no return policy. I bought 2 tables and they refuse to give me a refund which left me very disappointed. Even when they agreed to return, they will take 20% off the original price but after I was told that they have no return policy.
Few months ago, i visited this store and found one of the bed's price was reduced on the price tag saying save $$$. I talked to sales girl there and told her i will be back tomorrow coz its already closing time. She told me if i need to buy for the advertised price then i ve to buy on same day otherwise price would change tomorrow morning. So i bought on the same day.i checked price next day just for my own curiosity, checked again after a month and even after months price hasn't gone up by 1 cent. Dear sales girl i know you need to sale items but pls don't lie to your customers. I won't trust you anymore, thank you.
Giving two stars the delivery guys rude and not really helpful and because they can’t be bothered no respect at all $100 of delivering 10mins down the road

Purchased a queen size bed frame (Ludo) online. Structurally it's excellent but assembling it was a little confusing as directions weren't easy to follow. Overall I am still very happy with it.

Waited weeks for a delivery then delivered the completely wrong bed, late Friday afternoon (after we took the whole day off work). Awful follow up customer service, no one had any authority to do anything in store, said they had to wait until Monday but never called me back. We had already given away our other bed in preparation. Am still waiting on a resolve. Subpar at best.
We bought a mattress from this company. 14 days later they delivered the wrong mattress. We didn’t know until next day the store manager called to say they’ve made a mistake and if we want want our mattress it will take another 14 days. So we tried the one they sent, did not work. A week later asked for replacement and the store manager was rude and vulgar. As we insisted, they eventually made us pay another delivery and $180 for sanitization. The new mattress cane and was not in the original packing. It was obviously used. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Awful customer service and absolute pain to deal with. Save your dignity and don’t go there
Great selection of furniture. Visited for over 20 mins and not a single person said hello or asked if we needed help. Poor customer service 101.
With limited time I called this store looking for help with a Reclining Chair for my elderly father and Mira was wonderful and more than helpful assisting me over the phone to find that I needed without having to make a trip to the store! Much appreciated
Suzanne from the Cannington store was really pleasant to deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products she's selling, answered every question we had, was very transparent about warranties, costs, discounts etc, and never pushed a sale. She even recommended we go back to measure up and think about the product before purchasing. Cannington isn't our local store but we specifically came back to purchase from this location for the professionalism and service Suzanne provided. Very happy customers!
UPDATE:
Just received a call from the manager, they are going to come out and pick up these recliners and replace them for us. Very relieved.
Ordering online easy, payment made and pick up organised. We purchased 2 recliners, when we got them home they smelt so badly, an unpleasant chemical smell which hasn’t dissipated. I’ve contacted the store via website and email for advice on how to rectify. Not only have I not got a solution, they didn’t even acknowledge my email - I’m very disappointed and left wondering what to do - I guess if I wanted to order something else they would have answered.
I waited for more than 2 months for my furniture and it never arrived. So I asked for my money back and never have any apology from them.
I had great and friendly customer service. The quality of the products were good as well. All information about delivery times was also explained.
Ordered a king bedroom suite.on the day of delivery 2 people came in to drop it off and not friendly at all and the service throughout is not pleasing either.when we opened the bedframe had cracks and chips and stains to it. Took them one week to come in and have a look and all he said was they can replace it but no communication happened after that.not really happy with the service and not worth for what we paid.

Professional staff, caring and provide a great piece of advice.
But a request to the owner to train staff or at least give them enough skills or a channel to speak to management so they don’t argue with customers for not assisting and being underpaid.
A request to everyone please do give a good tip to loading staff at warehouse. Mr. Mossin you won’t be underpaid from the next time I promise. I owe you a good tip, till then have a great time at work.
Good place with pathetic customer service. Ive been there couple of times and the service really needs to be addressed. It was a quiet day and there is no excuse for giving an uninterested service to potential buyers. I liked a mattress and wanted to buy it, I live 7 mins drive from the store and the delivery fee they quoted was $90. Even bedshed, snooze and other major competitors do not charge that fees. They quoted us at $40.
You let off a $400 sale because you cant give a fair delivery price to your buyers. Consider changing your delivery partners so your buyers could get a better value. If you make a little effort there are tons of people who could work with you to get a way better deal for your customers on delivery.
If you can't find any, let me know and I can definately find you people for the sake of your future customers so they don't have to hassle around. A good customer experience is where you go an extra mile from your customers and this business completely lacks it. I've moved house and wanted to buy huge range of furniture but I'll definately not be choosing you people (that's how you let off a potential sale). Get your service right and you'll be the best in town.
