I popped into the Furniture Barn store in Bunbury while on holiday. The furniture is really good quality and looks awesome and a great range of Bedroom furniture, dining tables, and Lounge suites on Sale. I was so tempted by the Sofa sale I couldn’t help myself and bought the beautiful Norah chaise longe suite with a swivel chair to match

My husband bought me a bedhead for my birthday and I love it! Thanks to the staff for pointing him in the right direction. Went in with a photo, came out with the perfect bedhead. Quality of the material and craftsmanship is exceptional.

BEWARE before ordering from this store. After waiting for weeks for our furniture to arrive onlyvto find out they had ordered our items incorrectly! After several calls to the store manager who was no help at all I sent an email for a resolution. I received a phone call today from the "customer service manager" who did not announce her name just started yelling down the phone at me in the most aggressive manner. I was told they would not discuss my complaint as it "was irrelevant" told to email my bank details to arrange a refund so I would go away and that they did not want our business. I have NEVER been spoken to in such a rude, aggressive & disgusting way by anyone especially by someone who claims to be in charge of customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR STORE! If i could have chosen 0 stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID! WORST customer service EVER!

Took a week to get a refund, after so many calls and insistence; a bed and a mattress delivered not at the time was initially promised; the mattress was badly damaged and took long hours of discussions to get it returned as they did not have a replacement. Never buy from this barn ever again.

UNLIKE SPORTSPOWER MANAGER KELLIE who is horrible and abuses staff and customers.
