I ordered a balloon in a box and some alcohol and chocolates as a congrats gift for my sister.
I am based in Ireland so I am conscious of the time difference etc if there are problems with the order or difficulty with delivery.
However, there was no need to be concerned. There was a tiny issue with the delivery but the company rectified the problem and the order was successfully delivered!
The customer service was outstanding.
The presentation of the gift was so cute (the little balloons on the lid was a very nice touch) and my sister was thrilled!
I will definitely use the company again and I would highly recommend them for overseas people looking to surprise a loved one abroad.

Went in there today looking for some suggestions for my 50th birthday and was told to come back during the week if I wanted something special, as I work full time this was not possible the girls didn’t really care or offer me any further assistance.
