Made an appointment on phone the previous day, was suppose to send all the details through email, did not recieve any, appointment was made to 10 AM, tried giving a call since 9 AM and his phone been off already a couple of hours. Would not recommend.

I've dealt with most rideshare car rental companies in Perth and they can be a real pain to deal with. Highly recommend this business.

They're one the only companies still offering unlimited KM for rideshare whereas competitors are around the same price for only 1000-1250km a week.

I hired a car back in April for 2 weeks whilst I was on a holiday from Melbourne - never have I hired a car where I had to clean it myself and not once was this mentioned. When I returned the car; Brett the guy I dealt with didn’t even check over the car which I found very odd - I rang him a few minutes later; and I said I was concerned about that and he assured me I would have no problem receiving my bond and it would take 30 days - (approx $500) - he mentioned as log as you didn’t smoke in the car (I don’t smoke) and something about the sand from the beach. I have tried messaging him and calling and not once have they responded so will now be going to Consumer Affairs. I do not recommend and advise they are complete scammers.

Hired a car from Andy last week, what a nice guy he is. He made the whole transaction seamless.
Got a really nice clean and tidy modern car to drive around in for a few days, so if you're in need of a hire car I'd definitely be recommending you go see Andy.
He offers great rates and as I returned the car in the same condition I got it in I got my full bond amount refunded on return.

I am very happy with their service and I will definitely go back to them whenever I need a car and refer to family and friends. There was never an issue with the bond refund as I followed the agreement provided to me and returned the car with no damage and paid the weekly rent on time. Excellent service!

I have been doing business with Andy, Frontline fleet for about 3 years now and I feel they are very Efficient, Honest and helpful to do business with. It makes life easier to work with great people.

They are so unprofessional! We rented a car from them but, When I went into their office to gave their car back and asked for bond back, they insulted me. No one from their office know simple maths like addition. They owe us $253 and they refused to payback. I returned car cleaned and without any damage. Still, we are waiting from 4 months for bond back. Today they said, we not gonna give you any money back. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR CAR HIRE.

DO NOT HIRE CAR FROM THEM. They never return the bond. Doesn't matter how cleaned you returned
