Friendlies Pharmacy Lynwood

This pharmacy is great, good discounts etc but some members of staff really bring down the place. I had the worst experience here the lady behind the counter was not friendly at all and kept frowning at us. She had to insert the card about 5 times, she probably doesn’t know how to operate the card reader. Train your staff!

Other pharmacies manage the vetting questions in a happy, helpful almost educational way, not here. Avoid the interrogation, shop online.

The male staff always has an attitude and ignores clients 3 times now makes me think he is racist

I remember the fateful night I tried to purchase a Ventolin inhaler and because I had not bought one here before the refused to sell me one. I simply said I was going to my usual to buy one and Karen proceeded to show verbal aggression, never went back

Always an issue. Bad customer service. Always rushed. We now go else where including my elderly grandmother who prefers the public transport commute to Fremantle. No time for customers or answering queries. Was asked to pay $20 for a Webster pack and keep paying each repeat. Other places offer that service for free or a small fee then free for repeats and have no issue with questions and queries. For a small thriving community this is by far the worse place to go.

My husband discharged from hospital this morning and he was given a prescription for vomiting and nausea. I went to Pharmacy 777 (Lynwood Village Shopping Centre) to get the script.

The lady behind the counter took my prescription but she kept me waiting for ~10 minutes. She was just talking and laughing loudly with another person. I and other people had to tell them that we are in RUSH!

Excellent, knowledgable, friendly staff. Nat (owner) is worth her weight in gold. Long term staff get to know you and your health issues are very supportive. Very well stocked, good service, wide range of complimentary meds pleasant environment. Good parking. Easy access.

Must be the best local pharmacy. Joyce is ever so nice, knowledgeable and great at sourcing products when needed. Highly recommend.

An excellent pharmacy with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a wide variety of non-prescription items which are very good and, if you have an HBF card, you can 15% off all these items. Quite a few extra specials as well. Located in Lynwood Village shopping centre with a variety of useful shops, including IGA, within metres. Good parking in a pleasant area. Very convenient hours. Highly recommended.

Please make sure you dial the correct number - I keep getting calls from people asking for chemist advice.might have to do a pharmaceutical course ;)

This Pharmacy deserves 5 stars but lost two stars due to all the hassels and time wasted due to them having implimented MA.
Everything else is top 10/10 (staff, discounts, low prices, appearance.etc)
