When u say your uncomfortable about talking about the issue, in front of ppl Please listen! Witnessed an assistant just being pushy to get her point across. She was clearly uncomfortable and being a small store. Do better please! Hope the lady is ok

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They lose scripts and generally take their time. Find a better place than here. Literally anywhere would be better!

Called and spoke to the pharmacist and he said he would prepare the Webster pack, come after 1pm. I arrive and he tells me he doesn't have the patient's record. How they got their degree.is beyond me.

Since when is it ok to price gouge on Children’s Panadol and Nurofen?
How do you justify charging $62.98 for pain relief for a toddler? ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!
To say I was shocked to be charged a total of $62.98 for a bottle of Panadol and Nurofen is an understatement, I am disgusted, angry and my heart hurts for others being forced to choose if they will spend the $62.98 to keep there children’s pain and temperatures at bay or feed there family.
Especially in the middle of a health pandemic.
What a mistake I made deciding to try support a local business. Lesson learned, I will never return to your pharmacy.

My local and I love them! Always go above and beyond to provide the best care, and are always friendly and helpful. Always happy to provide advice and genuinely care about their customers. Will never go anywhere else!

NOT IMPRESSED! ISSUE 1 - Upon entering the store, a middle-aged man walked out not wearing a mask at 5pm on Friday 5th February 2021 (mandatory), and was carrying a box of medication, not even a mask in hand. He had obviously not only been allowed to enter the pharmacy without a mask, but was also served. I then went towards the counter, walking down the farthest isle due to the small space near counter already having 2 customers and 3 workers. This was 3 staff grouped on one side of counter and 2 customers standing directly at the counter side by side. I had phoned prior to make sure my script was ready to go when I got there, so when the third staff member asked me if they could help, I stated my name and what I was collecting (from about 8ft away). The staff member the proceeded to try and check me out whilst there were still atleast 4 people in a no more than 2 square metre area. I said I would wait, then she held the eftpos machine next to one of the customers being served for me to pay - so requiring me to try and reach the machine whilst keeping distance. Totally unacceptable during this time, especially given it is a CHEMIST of all things. ISSUE 2 - I only used this chemist to have my script emailed to as a one off to reduce the risk of going into my usual pharmacy as it is in the main shopping centre. Pharmacy 777 charged me $19.95 for a medicine that I only pay between $6-8 for at multiple other pharmacies. How can they justify ripping people off in that way. ISSUE 3 - Whilst waiting to access eftpos machine, I listened to a Mother ask for phenergan for her childs allergies, and to assist in the child getting some sleep, as she had been advised to get this particular medication, the staff member proceeded to tell the customer that she needed to use telfast and that phenergan could keep the child awake! Where on earth did she pull that rubbish from! The customer was right in what she was requesting and should have been given what she was advised to get. Will not use this pharmacy again.

This is my regular pharmacy, staff are super helpful & friendly, I was down south suffering a migraine recently without my medication and they happily helped me by faxing my script to a close by chemist- just good people.

Twice as expensive for basic over the counter meds and in most cases more than that. With the amount of chemist's competing for business, these guys are on borrowed time. The sooner a proper discount chemist moves into the premises the better.

Why advertise you close at 8.30 when you shut the door at 8.28.to be told "our clock inside says 8.30" is irrelevant make sure your clock is right.
I felt staff where rude and just wanted to get away
all I needed was some cold tablets

Very rude staff, regularly standing around gossiping while customers wait. I have also overheard them insulting customers behind their back, disgusting behaviour & very unprofessional.

As a High Wycombe resident I thought I was pretty screwed when it got to 8pm before I realized I needed meds. This pharmacy is open until 8.30pm which mskes it the closest pharmacy to my area that is open outside business hours.
