10I came by to grab some baby paracetamol since we left ours at home. The staff was quite friendly and helpful so I was able to get what I needed. It was fortunate they were open and close by.

Meets HBF preferred services standards. Fast professional and efficient service. I had the flu shot and after the standard wait of 10mins (incase of reactions) I was out the door. (Avoid the crowds waiting for coffee next door)
Staff here are always friendly and helpful. The premises are quite small but they always seem to have what we need:)
Wasn't up front about not being a PBS pharmacy. Very disappointed that despite mentioning I was filling scripts with the purpose of using my healthcare card, I wasn't informed that they weren't able to use the card, nor able to have my repeats PBS subsidised anywhere else after as they were then dispensed as private. No prices on medication, nor an itemised receipt. Not too pleased at the lack of transparency.
Pharmacist Kym was amazing giving my flu vaccine - I didn't even feel it! Such a lovely team at Friendlies East Vic Park, highly recommend!
I received junk mail (a marketing flyer) from this company despite my mailbox being clearly marked with "No JUNK MAIL" and "ADDRESSED POST ONLY". I am therefore giving a one-star review as I find this practice deplorable, a waste of natural resources and time, and highly disrespectful
Had my quad flu injection here and the service was wonderful. The premises are spotless and they have a variety of services available.

It is really a friendly experience! Went with my partner to get the Flu vaccine. Took only 5 mins and didn't hurt at all. It was free as a HBF member. Really recommended.
