Found the young man to be unfriendly and quite abrupt!
Came for my covid vaccination, can only book online, which I did, they didn't know the Govt.site. Parking is always a problem here.

I had all three Covid vaccines with Nghi and did not feel a thing. At my first appointment I looked away whilst waiting for the needle to go in, only to look back and see him placing a plaster on the injection sight. I was amazed. This continued for my following two injections. I began raving of his services to my family who all acted on my recommendation and too were astounded by his incredible services. I cannot recommend Nghi more! Thank you for your expertise and kindness, it is greatly appreciated.

Hopeless lack of service! Didn’t have the medication despite having responded to the reminder sms sent. Advised to come back the following day when it would be in, which we did but the order hadn’t come in! They didn’t offer to call other pharmacies to see if it was available elsewhere, we did that and found what we needed. Won’t be back.

Nice guys but I can't believe after paying $200 for a sleep apnea test trial. I wasn't even allowed to take the results to my doctor, I was told to take a photo of it.why wouldn't someone be allowed to take their results home? We should be allowed to gain access to our results or have them sent to our doctors surely?
