I went to ask about a product and was treated in the most unfriendly and curt manner. Don't know why they call this "Friendlies"
No stars deserved

Went to Friendlies in Clarkson thinking they may be a little more expensive than Chemist Warehouse 2 scripts. Friendlies price $39.05. C/Warehouse price $18.19. When I questioned the price I was spoken to like I had crawled out from under a stone. Prices must be caused by the unhealthy association with HBF.

Great staff and service. Very efficient. Whilst I rate all the staff highly, I have to call out Graham for his exceptional way with customers.
Having moved away from Clarkson, I could choose a closer Pharmacy, even another Friendlies, but I won't.
Despite the experiences and negativity of other reviewers, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Friendlies in Clarkson

I can't speak highly enough of Graham and his team, they truly care about the well being of their customers and go above and beyond to ensure they have what they need. I have never been looked after so well! We moved house recently and there are many other pharmacies closer to our new home but we choose to travel the extra distance in order to stay with Graham and the team at Friendlies Ocean Keys.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.
"Friendly" is most definitely not how I'd describe the horrendous people who work here. Don't let the name mislead you. They are the furthest thing from friendly that I've ever experienced.
The women are obnoxious, rude and downright bitchy. You get served by any of them and they literally glare down their noses at you. I don't know whether they're racist against ethnic people (which could explain why they're so horriric) or they're just plain terrible people who are miserable in their jobs but I will NEVER spend a single cent or minute here again!
P. S - Even getting ID documentation certified from the pharmacist here is a nightmare. He forgets to stamp, sign and date copies of ID and when you go in to get the documentation completed properly you're told by the cold women who work there that they're too busy and you'll have to come in some other time. When you ask if first thing the following morning when they open would be a good time you're met with a blank disgusted stare and told "Like I said, I don't know. You can try but if we're too busy it's just too bad! "
I honestly hate them!
