People that work here have a special talent at wasting customers time! Asked them a question about a product, they refer me to the manager, so I wait 10 minutes just for the manager to throw her hands in the air and say “we don’t have them in stock I don’t know why they told you to speak to me”

I did my first covid vaxx in another branch - Enex. It was smooth and no pain at all as the pharmacist was gentle. However, the second one at this branch, the pharmacist was quite hard pushing the needle in til the end and the vaccine was injected quite fast too. I was a bit shocked. I have a rock solid bump around the area now, not when I had my first dose. It was just sore, not swollen. Nonetheless, the two staffs present were friendly.

Walked in to enquire after AZ covid vaccine, walked out a touch later having it done. Service and staff are excellent, I am most impressed.

10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Good Customer Service but VERY expensive, for example, eye drops were $5.00 (35%) MORE than chemist warehouse. Also my prescription was alot more here as well. Seems to be more expensive than other Friendly chemists.

Amazing pharmacy, open convenient hours and the staff here have always been polite, helpful and don’t just sell you stuff you don’t need. Especially the pharmacists, they’re great!
