Fridge & Washer City Morley

I was so pleasantly surprised at the price I received for my Fujitsu aircon. It was not in the 10’s of dollars better than a store who says they are”good” but in the hundreds as well as being in stock in a day or two and was delivered free of charge. This is not the first time I have used them! I would suggest anyone wanting white goods to go to them first. You will not find better. Thank you F&W City.

This is my Local store in Morley and I have purchased from them for well over a 20 year period. Lately with a new baby more than ever before. Anthony and his staff have always been honesty upfront and I have found then friendly. I have purchased new and second hand and all products have done an excellent job. Great price on a fridge (significantly cheaper than the big white good guys), same day delivery (biggest selling point as old fridge had stopped working), then the delivery guy spent a good 45 minutes installing and making sure fridge was level (without being asked to). Top notch

The service and advice we received here was simply outstanding. We needed to replace a washer and dryer, and despite all my research (including a rather useless Choice membership), there's nothing like speaking with someone who knows the products and can speak to their advantages and disadvantages - particularly when it comes to after sales service when issues crop up. Years of experience are critical to providing insights that you won't find browsing online. Highly recommend calling in to chat about your needs and inform your decision, particularly if you're unsure about which brand and product will suit you best. Prices were very competitive and delivery costs extremely reasonable, particularly against other larger stores.

I waited for the after Xmas sales to buy a fridge I wanted with two large national chain stores advertising the product at the same Boxing Day sale discounted price. I visited the stores early on the morning to be first in store to buy, and was told by both companies it would be 6-8 weeks before it could be delivered as they didn’t have it, even though they were advertising it for their Boxing Day sales. I wasn’t very pleased.

Fed up and with an attitude I phoned Anthony at Fridge and Washer City. Within minutes I’d paid for my new fridge and had received an invoice via email confirming the sale with the delivery booked for Wednesday afternoon - the fridge was delivered as promised.

Anthony with Fridge and Washer City were able to provide a type of service that’s quickly disappearing - just simple basic straight forward customer service without the manipulation, deceit, and BS most other companies now seem to operate by.

Efficient, negotiated price. Anthony was wonderful. He accommodated me when I purchased the wrong size fridge by upgrading to a larger size fridge. I had a new fridge within a couple of weeks and it didn’t cost much to upgrade. The removal guy was also very careful and very skilled at his job. He really took care. I would recommend Morley Fridge and Washer City as a first stop.

Excellent customer service, I traded in a fridge in 2015 and traded that fridge in today, for a smaller option. $45 delivery and they pick up your old fridge, brilliant service a very proffessional business, I can highly recommend.
Had my new fridge delivered today, the man who delivered it was friendly and helpful, he even chopped branches blocking access to my gate. I am very happy with my new fridge and will always recommend fridge and washer city Morley.
I had to replace my TCL fridge as it stopped working, Chris knew I did not have a fridge for a week so he got my new Haier fridge delivered the next day and once again Jim delivered my fridge, set it up and removed my old fridge. Once again I received awesome service and can highly recommend this company.

When our fridge failed. We struggled to find the one we wanted quickly. The well advertised stores were a disappointment in all areas: service, price and availability. 2 phone calls to Anthony and my fridge was delivered at a great price two days later.
