Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments Kununurra Accommodation

The hotel was amazing, good location, very nice and quiet atmosphere.the room was very big and clean, the swimming pool area was also very good.you are not far from the lake, but I would not recommend going to the city by walk as it seemed to be a bit far.the lady at the reception was very friendly as well, and professional.the cleaner were a loud in the morning while cleaning other room.

Quality apartments, free washing and drying. Best place to stay in Kununurra. Would’ve gone to Pump House for dinner if they had a shuttle bus, maybe something to consider? Friendly staff at reception.

It was a great place to stay, clean and great service by the staff. We will be back to stay again next time we are passing through Kununurra.

Initially had problems with the free WiFi but these problems were fixed by management. Otherwise clean & comfortable. I would recommend this establishment.

We stayed from Sunday Night to Saturday Morning. We were in a 2 bedroom unit on the bottom floor that was a disabled room. The room itself was very clean and tidy and had most things we could have wanted (large size fridge/freezer, reasonable stove and oven, all the plates and bowls, (Although bigger sized bowls would have been good for breakfasts), bath and pool towels in the rooms, a good TV and comfy couches). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was great.

We would not choose this room again for a few reasons (but would stay here again). As a tall family the lower kitchen benches weren't ideal, but as a disability room, they would have been perfect (They even thought about how someone in a wheelchair could get to the sink and had an empty space under the sink behind the cupboard doors so you could get your wheelchair under it). The biggest issue for us being on the ground floor was the noise from above. Even just normal walking around the room above created noise in our room. We had early risers (5.30am some mornings) and this woke us as they were moving around. If I was to book here again, I would probably request a room with no other room above, or be the one in the upstairs room.

There is no restaurant in the facility, but right next door (ie you just have to walk) is the Grande, which has a sports bar and restaurant with good meals.

Clean, very comfy and a perfect base for our explorations. Only suggestion would be that apartments need a little bit more cutlery and crockery than they have.

The room was plush with plenty of room and the swimming pool was great. Was a little worried about security of my vehicle.

Hubby & I stayed for one night, we both loved our apartment & our bed was amazing, from the moment we arrived at check in, hubby said the 2 reception girls were a delight to deal with, the 1 bed apartment was well appointed and very clean, our only problem was we only booked in for 1 night, will definitely be returning.:)

Rooms are spacious, but I charged a extra night through no fault of my own, they book an extra night which I did not book for, they refunded me the very next day thanks for your assistance with this issue

This place has got nice apartments and thats it. No restaurant, vending machine or a small fridge with basic supplies. If you dont have a car dont stay here as it will be a real headache. Your option is walking 20 mins to the downtown or try to find a private transfer and search for an open restaurant. We stayed here 8 nights and it was really frustrating. We didn’t book a car because we had daily tours; and they offered pick ups. But the evenings was a real nightmare.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was fresh and modern, the kitchen was fully equipped and the pool area very well kept. Staff were accommodating and I appreciated the airport transfer too.

This is a really nice place. Staff are really nice. The only reason its not 5 stars is that I was on the bottom floor and I could here also everthing from the people above me.

We were in Kununurra visiting family for a week and stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean and spacious with all that we needed in the kitchen and living area. In fact the entire complex looked to be outstanding with beautiful fresh green lawns and gardens and a lovely pool area. The staff in reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay at Freshwater again when we visit our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Freshwater. Our ground floor apartment was very comfortable and well appointed, with attractively designed furniture in a spacious layout with a well equipped kitchen and a very pleasant patio overlooking lush tropical gardens.
There is also a beautiful pool and functional BBQ area situated in the grounds, again surrounded by flourishing tropical gardens.

The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant and we thoroughly recommend Freshwater Apartments to visitors looking for 5 star self contained accommodation in Kununurra. You could not do better than this!

New build with self contained modern apartments. Clean and spacious. Lovely swimming pool and BBQ area. Well presented and lovely staff.

Clean, comfortable, modern accommodation. BBQ facilities and pool were great and we enjoyed our stay very much.
