Geez FP. Did you guys use half an artichoke in this maybe? Not sure I’ve ever seen a Continental roll so skimpily put together. Disappointing.

Cakes in deli section are overpriced & tasteless. Try to keep the cakes covered so they don't take on flavour of the cabinet! Most of all get a supplier who can bake with flavour!

Just bought a turkey and cranberry roll for $10. Worst roll ever. No sign of cranberry, limp spinach leaves and so dry I could hardly chew and swallow it. Very disappointing for such a pricey roll.

Usually love this place - have been coming for years! Staff now very unfriendly - park their carts in the aisles, mum shamed at the counter, tried to buy ice creams that were actually melted inside. Dramatic change from previous experience.

Delicious fresh fruit, vegetables, local bread and deli food! And great customer service! Love it!

This place has the most amazing produce and have never had a problem here until tonight. I was embarrassed that a cashier got impatient with me tonight for questioning a price. The staff are usually so good here (Have been coming for years)

It usually has a wide variety of options available. I buy pasture-raised eggs here often, various organic breads, kefirs and raw milks.

I usually receive pretty good service and sometimes wonderful service from the workers employed here.

Was charged a different price at the POS than what the shelf ticket said. When I mentioned this to the check out operatior, after minutes of deliberation, it was decided the shelf label was wrong and I should have to pay the scanned more expensive shelf price. How's that for price integrity! Apart from this the products are quality and priced to match.

It was quite pricey and not so good
Most of things are more pricey than the other any shops, and the fruits are not ripes and having good smell
But definitely having a lot of product as a small market

Great store. Everything available in quality foods, fresh vegetables and fruits and divine flowers, some plants, and cakes! It's a treat for your eyes from moment walk in.

Very pricey. Bakery products have no expiry date on them. So make sure of their freshness. Some of their products are very good and not available in any other store around.

Great general store which focuses on high quality and locally sourced products. The price is generally higher than the big chains, but that's the cost of providing the best. The great staff top it off.

When we returned from three years in Melbourne one of the first things I did was go to Fresh Provisions in Bicton, even though we now live in Rivervale and its a half hour drive. Dragitsa and all the lovely staff serving behind the deli make it a pleasure to shop there and the food is out of this world. Way better than any similar food store in the upmarket areas of Melbourne. Top class.

A great place to find a wide range organic and gluten free products. All clearly labelled to save time. Opening hours are convenient. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Products are fresh, clean and tidy. Cant rate this shop enough.

Very disappointed with Fresh Provisions Bicton. Have been going there for years but more and more I have picked up products out of date. Like today - Carbonara Sauce - 2 days out of date (which I unfortunately did not notice). Not as Fresh as its name implies.
