Freo Kids Early Learning - Port Coogee

Our daughter started daycare and I was nervous but she is really enjoying her time there. All the staff are super friendly

I came in mid August for a tour with Sally. Prior to booking the tour, I was advised the days I requested were available. After the tour I was advised only 1 of the 2 days were available however I told Sally I could take another available day and go on the waitlist until my preferred day became available. After the meeting I was told I would be sent an offer that same day.

It's now been 5 weeks. Emails go un-responded for days and when I finally get a response, it's to ask the same question I've answered multiple times. I call to speak with Sally and she never returns my call. I emailed at the beginning of the week to pointedly ask if there is a spot or if I should stop wasting my time - still no response. Last Monday I was told an offer would be sent that same day if not in the morning.

I have only ever been kind and polite in my correspondence and it's grossly unfair to have been misled for such a long period of time. I have now had to push back my return to work to find another daycare after waiting foolishly for Sally to respond to me.

After seeing such wonderful reviews and meeting the passionate educators, this experience was incredibly disappointing.

My child joined Freo Kids in February 2020. He is learning and growing, making new friends, and feeling safe, secure and happy! Highly recommended! August 2020

Wonderful caring stuff, they get to know your child and provide excellent care. Engaging and friendly.

My daughter is in nursery and the staff are amazing with her. At the end of the day they always make sure her things are in her bag and tell me about her day as well as put in effort to make sure her routine is the same at home as it is here.

Great service. Our son has been attending the centre for a few months now and he loves it. The staff are also very caring and the level of communication is great.

Insight Early Learning has fallen immensely in quality since new management has taken over. She bullies staff endlessly, she belittle children in front of parents, yells at anyone and everyone and lacks any regard for confidentiality.

Senior management within the company have no interest in the abuse that is going on at this Centre as they would rather maintain they naivety.

Edit. Response to owner: Thank you for your response. However, given my concerns regarding confidentiality breaches, I have chosen to remain anonymous. I seriously hope concerns for welfare within the Centre are taken seriously.

Lovely clean and inviting centre. Our 3½yr old loves going to daycare. Even on cold winter days the inside is filled with activities and so much crafts

Amazing facilities with multiple learning environments, fantastic staff, certainly maintains a small centre caring feel, knowing unique characteristics of my children demonstrating that the staff actually care.

This center has been nothing but amazing, the staff really do a great job. The are informative, allways greet you with a smile. The care they have for my children is amazing. My children absolutely love this center. I drop them of knowing the are safe and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

My son loves coming to ‘school’ everyday. The ladies (and gent) are amazing and provide great learning experience for the kids. They have gone out of there way to make my son feel special and spark his interests

The educators are highly trained and motivated. Also, I like the approachability.
My kids never want to leave when it is end of the day.
The program is constantly evolving and children are exposed to various learning fields so that they can develop their skills while playing and learning.

The most accommodating and supportive staff, attentive and caring which is all you can want!
