24As a long term practitioner coming to WA from Melbourne, it was a delight to discover the Fremantle Yoga Centre. James' classes are amazing, and his personal dedication to yoga is reflected in his detailed, knowledgeable and insightful teaching. The e-shed location is pretty amazing as well.
Got up early for the 6 am morning class but the teacher never arrived. A group of 6 stood eagerly outside the door.it's just too early to be let down!
I’m finding James’s classes really excellent. I have injuries in my shoulder and leg and his attention to detail in describing exactly how to hold the postures and allowing plenty of time in each one means the old injuries are gradually being healed and stretched. Can’t recommend these classes enough.
Love Kate's classes! It's not just a yoga class but a complete healing session and Kate is so generous in helping her students in whatever way is needed. She knows the right moves and gives so much of herself to ensure every person receives what they came for. Sometimes not even knowing at the start of the class but leaving with a new insight.
