Couldn't rate these guys higher! They were so helpful when my car was off the road and so incredibly understanding. They hired me a car at short notice at a much cheaper price then what a big hire company would have charged me. The lady I dealt with was amazing. You guys rock!

Was sent to these guys by insurance AWN. Less than 6 months later car broke down again. Less than 1 week after repairs the same breakdown Again! Was charged 4X more than the 1st time and none of it was a fault of my own. Car was unsafe to drive. I rang Doug telling him of my bad experience and informing him that I will be taking my car back, to my own mechanics. No Warranty was given for all 3 jobs done so people, is not hard to work this out.

I rang Doug last week in a tight spot when my Ford Focus had to go through the pits. He was honestly one of the nicest professionals I've ever dealt with. He fit me in quickly, was very thorough, and really went above and beyond to help me out - and all at a good price! Cathy and Doug were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Not only will I be back in future, but I'm actually looking forward to it! On top of that, I'll certainly be recommending them to anyone who'll listen.

Not sure what your problem is Champ but I have always found these guys fair, easily approachable and reasonable to deal with. Never had an issue with them and have been servicing with them for over 15 years.
I consider a mechanical problem like going to the Doc's or the Dentist. If you have multiple problems you probs have to go back a couple of times.
Never written a review before but felt the need to defend their great reputation.
Discuss it with them mate instead of being a keyboard warrior.

Doug your a legend mate! Disappointed by the service I've received from other Mechanical repairers. I went to see Doug at Fremantle World of Cars.
My car had a few issues when i dropped it off. (On the back of a Tow truck) Doug and his team went above and beyond (working after hours) to get my car back on the road at a very competitive price.
I have no hesitation in recommending Fremantle World of Cars. Doug you have yourself a customer for life.

My car was serviced and new tires. Service speedy and friendly. My car (an embarrassing mess) was returned CLEAN!

Just used Fremantle world of cars to fix a few problems with my daughters van. Service was very good, price was what one would expect to pay for a decent job and Doug followed up with a call to see if it ran well after using. Cannot fault the work.
