I went in for aome remeidial filling work. Joshi was swift and efficient, I felt little discomfort. Joshi kindly fixed up a filling that a previous dentist had left in a poor state. All around the best experience i have had with a dentist.

Friendly staff but they charged more than they had quoted, even when a predicted 50 min extraction procedure was completed in 25 min. Otherwise I would have given them 3 stars - average. Ive had better dental experiences.

I've loved the opinion about my teeth from Dr. Joshi. He gave me a good explanation on how my teeth are going and cared about my opinion.
I was impressed with the service and pleasant nature of Dr.joshi and his nurse Anika made me feel the level of care was exceptional. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone requiring dental care.

After moving to Australia I found Fremantle Smiles and they quickly became my dentist. The reception team is so friendly and Dr. Joshi and Dr. Kay are the nicest, most professional dentists around.

The team at Smiles were professional, capable and looked after me promptly in the case of an emergency.

Dr Joshi, Dr Kshipra and Dr Stephanie are amazing at what they do. They all are extremely knowledgeable. All are excellent with children and adults alike. My partner had an EXO with Dr Joshi - for a wisdom tooth back in Feb and no problems. The dental assistants and receptionist are beyond fantastic, everything was done to an excellent standard! The staff are so friendly and very helpful, I usually hate going to the dentist from past experiences at other practitioners and from the moment I stepped in the door they were so helpful, I had so much work done and Dr Joshi was awesome, they are the best and I highly recommend them. I was shocked to read the last review as I have been to several dentist in the Fremantle area and Mrs Daniels was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of professionalism, competence and compassion. She was caring and friendly and immediately put me at ease as I felt I was in good hands. On the contrary to the previous review I found the pricing to be in line with others I had tried, (all dentists in Perth are expensive) and I was not pushed to have work done at all.

Dr Joshi and Harriet (his receptionist/steri helper) are so lovely. I had the pleasure of temp working with them today. Their standards are very high and they were both very welcoming. Dr Joshi does a wonderful job at all his dental procedures and I especially was impressed with his warm manner and total honesty with his patients. He really is an honest man and will always offer you the option best suited to your needs. Harriet was also so friendly to everyone, she also maintains a very high standard in infection control and public relations. I highly recommend this place.

My experience at Fremantle Smiles exceeded my expectations upon entering the door. The receptionist made me feel comfortable by greeting me immediately with a happy, smiling, and friendly "Hi, how are you? " The dentist who saw me was focused on my concern for coming in and directed the conversation in that way, which made me feel like my needs were important. I will most certainly be continuing my care with this practice.

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic last month. Sasha at the front desk was very welcoming. All the staff and assistants seemed to be enjoying their work. Dr Joshi was caring, charming and very patient with me. He did fillings on my front teeth and now I have an amazing smile. The cost of the treatment was on par with other clinics and I am satisfied that he used the highest quality material for the job. Thank you Dr Joshi and his staff for taking care of me. Would highly recommend going there!

The receptionist was amazing especially considering we had to bring 3 of our kids at the last minute. Dr Joshi is lovely, very informative and gentle. His assistant was kind with me and efficient. I'll never go anywhere else, happy to drive 40 minutes to keep coming back!

My wife broke a front tooth while on cruise ship 2 days prior to arriving in Freemantle. A phone call to the Fremantle Smiles Dental Centre from the dock for help resulted in superb service from the minute we entered the clinic to our departure an hour later. While Dr Joshi and his assistant went to work to create a new front tooth, I was provided with coffee and a wonderful chat with his amazing receptionist.

Fantastic dentist. I'm an anxious, scaredy-cat when it comes to my teeth being worked on but every time I've been here the care I receive is top-class. Everyone at the practice is personable, always able to explain and provide advice on procedures and really demonstrated concern for my well-being.
