Left restaurant without ordering food as staff were not welcoming we felt as thought we were intruding.it wasn't busy.it would have been nice if we were greeted with a smile it could have made all the difference.

None of the decisions made by the Registrar and the Magistrate are in accordance with the published fact sheets, or the relevant Act and Rules. If you have a minor case claim, just ignore those fact sheets try to misguide you or the relevant Act and Rules, instead go ahead engage a lawyer to represent you throughout the entire proceedings if you can afford one. If any lawyers tell you that you are not allowed to be represented by a lawyer, just tell them that’s just a fairly tale and in reality the Registrars and Magistrates couldn’t care less about it. Don’t even bother to apply for court’s leave, just tell your lawyer to rock up and represent you before the court on the hearing day (s).
Edit: If you have any disputes with another party, don’t waste your time to try to resolve it privately or lodge a complaint with Consumer Protection and ACCC as your time spent in such process is worthless and won’t be compensated eventually. Just lodge a claim with a court to immediately open a case to minimise your loss of time.

Had to wait 3 hours in the form area, to get an application, then a further 2 hours to get it typed up, I believe that they get paid to do nothing

Worst Customer Service Anywhere. From the rude security staff at the entrance who stand there laughing at you when you tell them what you want, and the hardened court receptionist who couldn’t serve someone proficiently if her life depended on it. All she knew how to do was get defensive and say you need to go online. I can’t help you.
I also work in a court house at a different location to the Fremantle one, and couldn’t believe how unfriendly and rude the service from both Ventia Security and the receptionist are in comparison to the one I work in a different location. I went to my job later on and told everyone there how great they are at their jobs, because the example I saw at Fremantle Courthouse spoke volumes about how professional, customer orientated and service driven all of the staff are where I am. Glad I work at the better one.

I dealt with an administrative staff here called Michael. Very unhappy with the service her provided. I expected better from a court.

Just revenue raisers wouldn't expect much more from a low level judge that didn't understand road laws or show any compassion for hard workers who work on the highways risking there life's to make the other workers safe so unaustralian

I disagree with the review by Kerry Bothe on here. My experience with the staff here was the opposite.

They say they’re open but strange voice recording- have to leave message and no-one even calls back! Even though it’s urgent. Not enough staff at counters or on phones to assist. Given wrong information as well had to waste time going back in to complete forms handed in that weren’t checked properly. Staff need training!

The staff are very sweet, friendly, and helpful! Anyone who disagrees was probably being rude and difficult to them

Thank-you to All staff at the Court House. I saw you deal with the after affects of our less than wonderful human behaviour and you did it with compassion, respect, intelligence and kindness. Hope you remain this way, you were everything I hoped our justice system would be. To all the judges, your job is so important and I was so impressed. You need the best of staff, with the best of intellect and above all who are compassionate. I hope a sufficient salary is offered for all involved as you deal with many people who are having the darkest day of their lives. You were outstanding just as you are!

I was very unhappy with the way magistrate Malley here dealt with my case, but I cannot afford to appeal.
