Freedom Physiotherapy

I dislocated my shoulder which tore my labrum at the start of the year. After getting surgery to repair it I needed extensive physiotherapy to get it working like normal again.

I saw Neal for my rehab. He was excellent in managing my progression. Gave me many useful exercises and tips in order get my shoulder working like normal again. After about 4-5 months of rehab I was basically back to my normal routine, working again and playing basketball regularly. Neal is also an excellent person to have a conversation with, very thoughtful and charismatic.

An absolute pleasure to be treated by Robbie and his team. I went to Robbie with calf pain from running. He was very thorough in our first consultation and diagnosed the issue straight away. He went through a treatment plan with me and I am happy to say that my calves are not causing me any problems anymore. Glad to have found an excellent physio that I can trust.

Robbie and the team at Freedom are amazing! I had been struggling with horrible neck and shoulder pain from always sitting at my computer for work which was resulting in headaches. After getting treatment from Robbie, my headaches subsided and my neck was feeling a lot better! I had been experiencing achilles pain for over 7 months, which had got worse with time. It had stopped me from being able to jog which affected my fitness, and was extremely painful at the end of each day. I work as a courier driver which requires me to step in and out of a delivery van 80 to100 times per day. After trying a number of methods to fix the problem, over the 7 months included strengthening exercises, chiro, stretches etc, I was desperate for a solution. That's when i found Feedom Physiotherapy. Neal Mountia, was the Physio that I had that first appointment with. He asked me a series of questions, listed carefully to the answers, observed my walking and other leg usage movements. Neal seemed to really understand. After ascertaining from me what I wanted to achieve from any treatment, he set out a programme to enable me to recover from the injury. Through Neal's treatment and the exercises he gave me to do, within 3 weeks I became pain free at the end of each working day, within 7 weeks I was able to commence light jogging again. The difference it has made to my quality of life is huge. Thank you Neal and Freedom Physiotherapy. I recommend you highly.

I have been seeing Robbie for 3 years and find him excellent, great Physio and personality, all the team very helpful at Freedom.

One day I woke up with a severe muscle pain in my lower back. Thanks to Robert, every time I see him, he made a great improvement. It's still hard to believe that he brought my life back in only five visits! I was always skeptical about dry needling/acupuncture technic and never tried it before but it worked so well. Again, big thanks to Robert. I'll see you again if anything happens. Oh also receptionists were friendly and helpful. Great team.

Jordan is the go to! I have been struggling with a few physical issues for a while now, tried a few different physiotherapists and none of them really made any difference until Jordan. He is definitely a great guy with high customer service standards and skills. He managed to make a lot of difference on my physical problems!

Endured my sciatica for a couple of days and had very little sleep during this time because of it. The usual exercises to deal with sciatica weren't working. So glad I found the positive reviews about Freedom Physiotherapy. The pain was gone after about a day after the first seasion. Jordan is skilled and knowledgeable. He targeted the right spot and shared with me the exercises that I ought to have been doing for my condition. Because of the amazing work Robbie did with my suffering everyday, has literally changed my life. I am not kidding. Over a few decades, I have suffered with lower back, knee and ankle swelling on the right hand side of my body. With a few visits with Robbie who quickly diagnosed the issue, I am 99% pain free. My ankle is no longer swollen and I’m walking stronger than ever. Robbie is not only a bang on Physio, he is personable, professional who will make you feel at ease. Excellent service. I have been here for three different problems; vertigo, chest pain and back pain. All problems resolved quickly and successfully. I thank specifically James for his friendly service and help.

The principal physiotherapist Jordan evidently has long term knowledge and experience within physiotherapy. I booked an appointment after reading reviews, and told him of my knee problems after two surgeries, prolonged shoulder injury from racquet sports and ongoing lower back sciatica which I have had for years.

Over time Jordan has successfully helped me with these issues with little to no pain when I play sports now. I followed his instructions and exercises and was shocked to see such fast healing processes as I had been to numerous physios with no fix! Could not recommend more!
