freedom - Mandurah

This store/business is an absolute joke! Waited 2 weeks for stools to arrive when we were told we would have them in 3 days as they were in stock. We pick them up and go to put them together, As we unpacked them one of the stool seats is snapped in half, the second stools leg is splinted/nearly snapped. The third was ok. We tried to return the broken Stools to the store to be told they don’t do refunds (it’s not a big item like a lounge they could easily put it in there store room, I mean it’s not like the staff do much work, they stand around 90% of the day there being paid to do sweet f all, surely they can do returns not just sell an item on the till it’s not that hard to work out.) Anyway you have to basically apply online to which they might reply in 14 days, it’s nearly been a month now and this problem still has not been resolved so if they do finally contact us I presume we will have another 2 weeks wait until they exchange them. Will never shop with these clowns again don’t waste your good earned money on rubbish quality and useless staff/system!

Ordered 2 leather Den Chairs at 6 pm Friday night, Sunday morning I received a text with delivery date options. Wednesday they delivered my beautiful chairs, seem less experience awesome product. Very Happy and pleasantly surprised. Thanks Mandurah Freedom

I am writing this review to warn others about Freedom's failures in customer service. Just an FYI: if your furniture arrives damaged or stained after unboxing then the only way to rectify the situation is by submitting a claim online. The store that you purchased your furniture from will do nothing about it and the delivery drivers can do nothing. I have been waiting one week now for a response and have received nothing. I am VERY disappointed since this was to be our main set, but I have not been able to use it since I am unsure of how they will rectify the situation. My husband and I recently purchased furniture for our house from Amart and Dankz where the service was outstanding. Do NOT shop at Freedom. You're better off buying 2nd hand off marketplace.

UPDATE: It has been two weeks and I finally received an email from Freedom Head Office. They stated that some one would contact me within 3-4 business days to discuss the issue and set up an appointment to view the furniture. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!

AGAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM FREEDOM AS ANY DAMAGED/STAINED FURNITURE WILL NOT BE RECTIFIED. I have recently bought from Fantastic Furniture and had a great experience!

I'm assuming the furniture is good quality because it is expensive. If the quality is there it would be possibly worth it. It's well set out but it's certainly not for those on low incomes.

Not impressed Freedom Mandurah!
We are long term customers and have just walked out in disappointment - Easter Saturday 2021.
This is the third time we have observed incorrect ticketing of products. We arrive at the counter to discover a dinner set is twice the price and the shelf ticketing is totally wrong!

You lost a sale and we will not be back!

Well styled, with areas set up with complete themed decor. Interior lighting dull and uninviting. Trying to be an IKEA store but a bit squished together.

I had an issue with an online order and the staff here were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to help me sort it all out!

Wow the girls where amazing. I went in twice in one day to buy soft furnishing. They helped us so much. Thankyou again for all your help

Fantastic service by Rachel M at Freedom Mandurah. Went in store with my mum to help her pick out some cushions and a rug to decorate her new house. Rachel was so helpful, she picked out a few options that would suit the space, and reassured my mum that they would all look amazing no matter what we chose. She wasn't pushy, and we both felt comfortable with her help. Will definitely go back for her help again!

False delivery cost on websites. At checkout it triple the cost. Also no way of contacting them by email. Very poor customer care

Smaller freedom store but newish. Nothing out of the ordinary. Helpful staff. OK range for the size.
