Fantastic service. We brought a sofa on Sunday and received the most incredible service. We had major issues trying to download and pay through Latitude. Renee who served us was incredibly helpful and patient…. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone who we dealt with on the day were lovely…. Jade was great too and there was a guy who was on as well and he was nice as well. You don’t get customer service like this these days so i hope they are rewarded. We will definitely be returning.

Great customer service by Jaye at Freedom! We were greeted nicely and acknowledged. She was so personable and a pleasure to deal with. Aislinn was also so helpful with her interior design knowledge. Such lovely ladies who made our experience a pleasant one! Thank you

I have been a long time customer of freedom but over the recent couple of years the customer service and delivery has been quite disappointing to say the least.
As Covid has changed the delivery of products big organisations such as freedome should factor these in before giving out a delivery time at the time of purchase.
Ordered a large rug for my lounge 22oct 22 with a promise of delivery within 2-3 weeks. As 3 week time approached I have called Canning freedom and the vague answers of where my order was and when to expect delivery were shocking. I'm waiting over 4 weeks now. No update. No word. Upon calling their store today they have a generic message about delivery delays.
Super disappointed.

Amanda and the team went above and beyond to locate, hold and then deliver 2 plates that were so hard to find. Excellent customer service indeed!

I had the best experience getting a new rug last week. The ladies working here are amazing and so helpful. They are never pushy for sales and genuinely want you to make the best decisions on your luxury furniture.

I dont normally write reviews, in fact I never do however the service, or lack there of, that we received at this place deserves a review. We entered the EMPTY store on a Monday morning. There were 3 female staff members chatting at the counter, not one of them bothered to stop their conversation to acknowledge us. I was shopping with my 2 young children. We were sofa shopping from the country, 6 hours away, so we were there to buy. After about 20 minutes of listening to the staff giggle and chatting at the counter I was ready to spend my money elsewhere no matter how nice their products were. The 2 stars I am giving is because of the nice gentleman that finally came and served us- he was very helpful. Unfortunately by this point my 2 young children's patience was gone, as was mine. Needless to say we purchased a couch down the road.

A good sized Freedom store. Similar to all others. Have been able to find a good number of discount/clearance items. Not too busy doing the week.

Contacted the store to speak with someone regarding issues I had with care cover (care cover told me to contact freedom). Didn't even get through the first sentence of what I was saying before I was spoken over twice (By Jaye might I add). Continued on to explain the pet damage before I was shouted at on the phone "ITS IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS". Well the phone went silent after that as NEVER in my life have I ever been treated like this over the phone or in a store, I was so gob smacked I had nothing to say. Absolutely disgusting customer service. You should be ashamed someone with 0 respect works for you Freedom.

Would not recommend Freedom Cannington. Much better service at Freedom Myaree.
My order had been delayed 9 times - staff at Cannington were unhelpful and rude. Freedom Myaree were able to help and provide more detail on my order.

Customer service at freedom Cannington is absolutely outstanding! Nothing has ever been too much to ask and Jaye always went above and beyond and so understanding when I was trying to wrangle my toddler while I was trying to buy what I needed. Thank you Jaye and all the staff at freedom Cannington!

Ordered a dining table from here and got a store credit refund due to damage on the table so thought I would visit the store to purchase more home wares even though I really didn’t want to due to the quality of the product.

Visit 1: I went in on a weekday morning where the store was empty with only staff. I walked around for 20+ minutes and none of the staff acknowledged me or helped me with any of the products. So I left. There was at least 4 staff wondering around the store who saw me looking and still did not bother to ask if I needed help.

Visit 2: Went in on a weekend with my sister and partner. It was quite busy so didn’t really expect any help. After picking up a few plates and glasses to buy, my sister went up to the counter to pay, the lady at the counter did not acknowledge either of us, started putting the items through whilst chatting to her coworker and chewing gum at the same time. Only spoke to us when she needed payment for the goods. Not only that, when I was asking her if the store had certain products in stock, her response was “I don’t know hahah”. And I had to ask her to check what they did and did not have available.

This store is so unprofessional. I’d hope the staff would go through some kind of training as the way they treat customers is so rude.

In all honesty, I can't quite put my finger on why this wasn't a great experience.

I liked the glasses I bought.

The lady at the counter wrapped them all in paper for me, which was helpful.

But, in the end, I left thinking, "I don't reckon I'll go there again. "

It may have been the aloof manner of the staff, or the general sense that I didn't belong there.

That's OK- who wants to belong in a furniture store? I just went home.

Anyway, it was a 3-star experience, and I won't be going back any time soon.

Worst experience ever had. They showed firm mattress and delivered softer mattress. Spend more than $2000 on Seally mattress. Wastage of money. Waiting for there reply for complaint.

Poor customer service, real bad experience with Cannington store staff, sales woman Linda argues for the sake of arguing, she’s happy to sell a spoiled, dirty, rubbish rug on the floor which is displayed under dining table for a full price, but she won’t sell the same rug which has been hanged on the display rack in good condition as she thinks it may have a microscopic stretch on the edge of the rug, you guys need to check your store policies across, Joondalup store would do a door to door delivery but Mandura store won’t, funny place overall, thank you so much for giving me wonderful treat

Customer service and communication was appalling. At the outset was told there would be a delay and the couch would take 11-15 weeks, that time rolled around and no communication and it wasn't until I called to chase up where my couch was that was told that it had been delayed another two months otherwise I would have received no information. The service from staff there was to blame the initial person who sold it to me however they have no system of communication to keep their customers in the loop. During the time I was trying to find out when my couch was available I was told they could arrange delivery for me to the country however when I rang again I was told that they didn't have a company available to do that. A lot of time wasted being told different things by different people and being straight up lied to. I was promised a discount when the couch was available to make up for the garbage service but so far it has not eventuated. Do not buy anything from Freedom, it is not worth the headache!

Great service from Renee, wasn't overly pushy like some other furniture stores, very relaxing experience which is why we purchased our new couch from here!

Amazing experience at Freedom Cannington. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and hands on with my sofa selection. Jaye suggested we use a floor plan with my room dimensions this was very helpful to see what options we had. I was lucky enough to have the decorator Ash look at some pics of my space she gave me some really good ideas to utilise my area. I found the staff very upfront about the current situation with delivery times. What a great experience definitely be back to spend my credits. Thank you.
