Friendly, nicely re-established new ownership, whilst still keeping the traditional heritage atmosphere alive.

An awful establishment and a stain on East Victoria Park's Albany Hwy strip. I wish the Town of Victoria Park would get rid of them.

Franklin's is an institution for Australians,
I've had friends work in and around this establishment in different capacities but it's an honest place with genuine people doing a good job for their clientele.

A good reason the place is still around after so long!

I'm sure all the Irish community people can attest to good times had here.

Not to mention the most prolific late night drive through in Perth.

Old style Aussie pub, this place has the friendliness bar staff you will ever meet and some really great local characters that enjoy a beer and a chat!

Pretty sad experience. After spending the day with no plans and convincing a group of 5 people to dine in at franklins over a standard bbq, can’t express the disappointment. Upon arriving and being greeted by a lovely lady Gina, management assigned quickly swooped in and ruined the experience. Such rudeness and bluntness has some how managed to ruined the whole Rottnest experience and the choice was made to ask to eat at the beach, opting for a takeaway experience over dine in dinner. Sadly won’t be coming again. Such a shame as I could see how hard the staff were working behind the scenes in the kitchen, sometimes customer service is all that matters.

Lovely old school pub, cheap drink specials, two well looked after pool tables, good pub feed.the thirsty camel connected to the pub is the only bottle o open till midnight, every night, only place to get ya late night drink in.wish I could give the dawg 6 stars

Good pub needs facility updates to accommodate all types of needs ie: wheelchair access to front and toilets also no food service otherwise great atmosphere friendly staff

The server wouldn't help us after helping the people that cut the line.because we yelled at the person cutting the line.very poor service

Only went there to place bet on the Melbourne cup, no food no entertainment, only for drinkers and gamblers

Old school local pub.friendly staff, cold beer, TAB, bottle shop, and a feed if you are so inclined. Decor starting to really show it's age, but with age comes character?

Lofty is the best. The only reason I go there.

It's a local bar. Has a really good pool table and the staff are exceptionally good. Drink price is very good also. Great place for a couple of sociables

This once great hotel that we use to visit and have had some of our best times in, us a former shadow of its self.
With no meals on offer and no atmosphere management need to try a few promotions to fill this old girl
As a cook grade 3 I'd happy run meals from that kitchen.
This hotel can get it's groove back if nursed back to health

The bar staff are friendly and great group of daily regulars, always having a laugh and that's you want when go to your local pub.

Just a local Aussy pub but it's the local characters from all walks of life that make the place special!

The place is picking up. Great local crowd. Heaps of fun and good service with a smile. Drop in for s frothy. You will love the ambiance.

Service was a little slow in the drive through only 1 staff member on but overall when time came for Service was greeted with a smile

If you're comparing this place to The Balmoral or The Vic, then yeah it's obviously not a 5 star location. But if you want a pub that feels like it's in the country and is full of friendly regulars, then this is a great spot!

Its ok if you're passing through and just want a beer, they have specials for beers.just a pub.

Small local pub with weekly beer specials and a thirsty camel attached for purchasing alcohol to take home. Has tab machines and dart boards inside for entertainment with friends.
