The staff at the Gateways store are always lovely and helpful. Caroline today was so patient and kind and took the time to help me find the perfect outfit whilst also busily helping other customers. Thank you so much!

0 customer service treat you like air unless you want to pay. No greetings not even a goodbye they just keep talking to each other that’s it.

I ordered a denim skirt and a knit top, top arrived perfect denim skirt was too small so I returned the skirt back to the store with aus post for a refund, but customer team is telling me they didn't recieve my item and will not provide a refund. Unhelpful and so disappointed that I wasted $50 on the item and $13 for return shipping to not even recieve a store credit or a refund! Would not reccomend.

100% happy with everything I have bought from here. Always arrives in the mail super quickly. One of my favourite stores to do a quick shop online.

Fairly poor customer service today-no greeting from either of the staff members in store and when I purchased my clothing it was more like just wanting that sale in the til-no personal service whatsoever the whole time I was in store, no one spoke to me, really disappointing. Appeared the girl with the long blonde hair loved the customer before me but I was just a nobody-won’t be back to the Gateway store

I love this place because it's very unique with their selection of clothing. It also has giftware and homewares that are lovely.

Been back and forth with this company for three days now via Facebook & email as they won't return my call. I'm just trying to get a replacement to faulty product. I've tried ironing the crease out, but it is a band defect in the fabric. I've alao asked them for a replacement, or if i could try washing the dress and if they dont come out, if rhey would still exchange, but no response to my questions. These photos are from after I've spend an hour trying to irion the fault out as they suggested. They are now ignoring me. Really dissapointing customer service. The dress was for a wedding so it was urgent to get this resolved, which I told Frankie. I now have no other option than to lodge a complaint through PayPal to resolve. Be aware, if you have product issues it's like pulling teeth to get them resolved.

Love "Franki Clothing " l always find something and in my size 8 which can be popular. Been looking for weeks for tops found 2 Brilliant.

Love this store down there a couple times during the week, heaps of new stock quite a few times during the week, sizes and stock goes so fast but, so need to be in fast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful store but the staff let it down. Went in sunday arvo and was completely ignored the entire 10minutes of being in the store. Girls clearly needing training in customer service.

I love the clothing they offer. I always manage to find something I like. The staff have always been fantastic at the Hillary's store. I have never had an issue with them, they are very helpful and welcoming.

Your website says you are open until 5pm on Sundays but the doors are locked at 4.20. The dress I came for looks gorgeous - on the other side of the doors

The clothing is lovely but the staff are so uninviting. I’ve never been greeted let alone spoken to by a member of their staff in all the times I’ve been in.

Have never found anything decent in this store, the quality of clothing is so poor. Unfortunately the customer service is also non existent.

The clothes are stunning but the customer service has been more than terrible. Twice I have ordered online and both times I have had to have a refund due to them not having the item.also both times I have had to make numerous calls and send numerous emails to find out what is happening with my order.
I wont be returning as a customer.

Amazing customer service. Went in with my four year old and 4 month old baby. The staff were beautiful. They helped me go through the stands to find clothes then assisted with my children for me to try clothes on. Great quality clothes, great prices.

Just spoke to my wife who was telling me about the amazing experience she just received. She had our 2yr old with her which usually makes it very difficult for her to try on clothes but the staff looked after him and kept him entertained which free’d her up to try on clothes which turned into a purchase.

I’ve shopped at both stores, the clothes are great but the service at both stores is terrible, the girls are rude and unapproachable and are no help!
I love shopping at this store but don’t really feel comfortable or have a pleasant shopping experience.
Get some new staff!
