Absolutely love frankies my favourite part is always the hair wash. I've been getting a wash and treatment and it's super relaxing! Ladies are all so beautiful and friendly too.

Everything I've come to Frankie's I've had a great experience, great atmosphere and girls are all lovely. Will be coming back for sure!

Gorgeous Salon! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and I always leave feeling absolutely amazing!

Not sure what has changed in the last 8 months however I have been very disappointed in the service. Years ago my son would go in there and they would wash his hair then cut it all in about 15min which was great with his ASD. Now the last 4 times we have been held up about 2 hours with mucking around, couldn't find the clippers, instead of having two hairdressers they cut my hair (50min it took) and its only short with clippers and then they did my sons I booked two appointments at 9am we didn't get out until 10: 50am. The staff do not know prices, always asking questions which they should know the answer to, in fact they seem void of any thought. They have never had prices on their web site for kids even though i ask every time how much it is for different ages and no one seems to know. Now they have a Green Tax (environmentally friendly) which they dont tell you until you pay. PS using foils, bleach, plastic bottles, solid waste, cleaning products etc does not echo environmentally friendly service. And for the managers information you can use clippers on damp hair. And as I have always had my hair washed first then clipped, the manager was out of line ringing me and telling me they have never cut hair that way because they could get electrocuted, how would you know what your staff do when you are not watching and does that mean you are saying I am lying? Wow WHAT A WAY NOT TO RUN A HAIRDRESSING SALON. Anyway happy to oblige and not return hope the future is not too bleak for you in your business and you are able to find customers that can feed your ego to the level you require for service.

Love coming to Frankie’s, I live half hour away and have no problem driving that far to have my hair done. Everyone is always so kind and inviting! I had Bek do my hair today and as always she did an amazing job!

Frankies Hair Studio is such a beautiful place to get your hair done, the women are professional and warm caring and make your experience their amazing. You walk out feeling so relaxed and your hair looks sensational and beautiful. They also have Keraste products there now, which is fantastic, they use the best products and the prices are reasonable for the end result you get. My Daughter just had her hair cut there and treatment done, loved the experience and head massage as well.

Went into frankies this afternoon to get my hair done by one of the amazing trainees for the small amount if time in industry did amazing can't thank you enough had tonner wash and blow dry with curles. Super happy to recommend sorry can't remember trainees name but she was very Good. Love the atmosphere in salon as well) il be back there again for sure

Had a haircut 2 days ago and I loved it. Thank you Alicia for looking after me. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Unfortunately I don’t recommend. Paid $360 for one row of no brand Wefts.for the last year having them adjusted they last 1-2 weeks then come undone, beads fall out, they are applied poorly and pull on my hair. I looked after them so well and was so careful. Yet I have extremely damaged hair. The staff and management were extremely rude and took no responsibility.

Had hair extensions put in which did not match, they also started to come apart after 3 days. Customer service was very poor!

Frankie’s hair studio is such a friendly and welcoming salon. All the staff are lovely. My hairdresser is Courtney and is by far the best hairdresser I’ve had. Attention to detail and always happy to help!

When you don’t secretly die inside after you get your hair done. Amazing! I felt the hair stylists went above and beyond. Will be recommending to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Frankie’s Hair Studio! The salon is great but the staff are even better, always going above and beyond for all their clients. They even walked me out to my car when it was raining so my hair didn’t get wet. Not many places you can get service like that!

Great salon, atmosphere is lovely and decor is very nice. Lorraine is a great hairdresser and she's does a fantastic job with my thick, course and crazy hair! All the ladies are friendly and work as a team. They offer tea and coffee in the cutest cups or you can have some bubbles or a beer.
