5I wanted to let the staff and facility know that from the Oliver family, words cannot express our biggest thanks, for the care from start to palliative for our dad, that just passed. It’s not easy for what you all do. We appreciate your patience, your warmth, your genuine humanity, for those in need. He was kept wonderfully clean, the room, the updates over the phone. Every person from admin to the nursing staff and everybody in between, a heartfelt thank you. Keep up the beautiful work that you do.

All interactions with different staff members have been fantastic. The staff kept me up to date with all of my dad's actions.
He was in there for a total of 4 weeks and appearded to be happy and well fed.
I could not speak more highly.
Sad to say 01st May 2022 I had a very caring staff member call me at 10.35 pm local time informing me that my father had passed away. The staff member showed me compassion. I collected his belongings and the staff were great.
I thank all the staff so much fir such great service to the elderly and the families.
Frank Prendergast House is a great working environment. My manager allows me to grow as an individual at the same time supports me all the way. It's a beautiful place to work.they are like my second family!

He had been in a fairly ritzy (and expensive) place before but the care was only ok.
The people at Frank Prendegast House really go out of their way and provide a very high level of care. I'd swap marble hallways for the family atmosphere and caring people at Frank's any day of the week.
