Our family of 5 have been going to Frank Basiles for years. We get the very best in professionalism and a lovely friendly atmosphere every time we visit. Highly recommend the salon!

I was talking to her competition who is opening a new salon in kingsley when she rudely cut me off and started talking over me. Didn't say excuse me or use any manners we were raised with. I would never go there or recommend anyone to go there especially if you're looking for polite conversation. Hope her work is not a reflection of her manners

Have been going to Frank for 25 years with great service. More recently the appointment system has optimised the experience where I just walk directly in on time with no wait with my choice of hairdresser. Enjoy the time in the chair where Frank and I solve the problems of the world. Recently one subject off limits is we don't talk about the Eagles!
