While in store service was fantastic it now seems like a pack of lies. Such a disappointing experience, we were told the bedroom suite and mattress would be ready in the next week or two. We are still waiting 3 months later and delivery appears to be inflexible too. I feel like we've been ripped off totally.

Just bought a bedroom suite and was told by the sales person that the delivery would be free only when it arrived the delivery driver asked for $70 for the delivery. So heads up don't believe what they say at Forty Winks Bunbury.
Martina is just the VERY BEST. I recommend you ask for her. Good old fashioned service with a smile. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have been waiting on bedside tables for four months. Kept getting told they will be here on this date or that date and they don’t turn up. I understand things are slower with what’s happening around the world. But there’s slow then there’s 40 winks Bunbury slow. Would be more understanding if they kept us updated like say they will. The phones must only receive calls at the shop or the staff don’t know how to use them to call out. Am waiting on a call back right now.not holding my breath!

We purchased bedroom furniture from this store last year and had a small warranty issue. I was so impressed with the level of customer service and resolution, it is very difficult to receive any customer service these days but Forty Winks went over and above. So happy and would highly recommend

Went into the brand new Forty Winks yesterday witch has just opened, and the service was terrible. I desperately needed to buy a new bed and ended up having to take my business elsewhere.
When we walked in the door, one of the ladies was leaning on the counter on her phone and the other one was just standing next to her.
We walked around the massive store, trying to work out prices of the beds which were barely visible and didn’t even get acknowledged.
One more loop around the store and nothing. They didn’t move.
On our way our, we said goodbye to the ladies and all we got was a very quiet “yeah, cya”.
Went to Harvey Norman and bought my bed, ended up spending more then planned because the service was great.
