I am so happy that I rang Fortitude Exercise Physiology at the start of this year. Chris and Josh have set us on the path to fitness. Instead of aches, stiffness and slowing down, my husband and I are moving more freely and definitely have bounce in our steps. We feel great and look forward to our twice weekly group sessions. I particularly like that my program is designed to cater for my individual needs and can be changed to support my changing needs.
Thanks Chris and Josh, you both do a fantastic job of caring and guiding everyone in the group. The knowledge you share with us is valuable so we know what we are doing and why we are doing it.

Found that my gym had a exercise physiologist so I got referral from GP & saw Chris. He gave me exercises that really made me concentrate on improving my muscle strength and minimising my pain. Exercises were simple to follow with ongoing support and encouragement. The support given was very rewarding in providing me with a positive attitude. Thanks Chris.

After having surgery and going through the initial recovery / physio stages to repair a ruptured pectoral tendon I started a program with Fortitude. The goal was to gain strength and stability back in the area as well as getting some general fitness back after some time away from sport.

The program and advice received was great and has me back on track to playing sport and exercising to the same level as pre surgery.

Chris was very supportive, understanding and most of all, friendly. He helped me complete my Police Physical Fitness Evaluation, making the process very easy, quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Chris is very approachable and knowledgeable. In a few short weeks he helped me tackle problems with my shoulder health, posture and a few other things. I have less pain exercising now than I've had in a long while and my motivation is at an all time high!

I've been training with Chris for a few years now. To begin with he helped me with rehab for a knee injury I received playing sport but once I'd recovered we moved to a strength and conditioning program. Since then I've continued with Chris and hit a number of personal bests that I'm quite happy with. I would highly recommend Chris for any rehab or high performance training you're looking for.

So glad that I went to Chris for my hamstring rehabilitation. He got me back firing and playing competitive football in no time. Incredibly nice, incredibly informative and incredibly professional. I've trained with Chris for a few years now, he's helped me recover from a torn hamstring and other sporting injuries and kept me fit and strong. He's also helping me stay active and healthy through pregnancy. Can't recommend him enough!

I've been working with Chris for approximately 3 years now. Initially, I saw him for injury rehabilitation as I was constantly getting injured from football. With his knowledge, we were able to incorporate various exercises in to my training schedule to reduce my risk of injury (and speed up the rehabilitation process).

After initial period, I've since become a regular personal training client. What I love about our sessions is they are not your standard PT sessions. We devise a plan to improve my strength, flexibility, injury preventation and so on, and we work towards that plan by incorporating a range of different exercises in to my program.

I'll be a regular client with Chris for years to come. His friendly demeanor also makes those hard sessions that little bit easier!
