Inductions online are poorly worded with mistakes. Unfortunate and not very professional for a big company. Causing a lot of time wasted.called to ask if it’s worded correctly but no help.
Induction about harashment but they literally harashing us with sms and mails to complete a 20 min survey about training.

It is upsetting there is bullying from the FMG environmental leadership team in 2022. They even terminate people who try and speak out and report issues. It tarnishes the rest of FMG.
Today I was told that there are acts of cruelty to animals occurring on the FMG site of Christmas Creek. Apparently stray dogs are run over as targets and the baby rabbits found are tortured. In would like to speak to someone about this please.
We had a wonderful time at FMG last financial year.

Twiggy himself seems like a good man with decent values. But oh how how his henchmen on site do not follow this lead. Management thrive on bullying and purple circles, if you do hurt yourself trying to make this man even richer well you will be paraded in front of all your pees having to stand up explain what happened. This leaves you open to bullying from everyone for affecting there bonus (see where I am going here) Fmg knows full well they can twist and break every law being able to back themselves in court. Trust me this is there strategy human rights are not! Bottom line do not work hard for these clowns they will gladly send you home in a box as long as production is up and costs are down. Julie Shuttleworth fits right in there she has a disgusting reputation from employees on the ground all the way from Barrick gold to Fmg Xmas creek and cloudbreak. Haha can only guess where it's at now. Good luck with that decision twiggy
