Placing a Healthy person with a mask exemption OUTSIDE at drs, causing more anxiety which is the main reason for the mask Exemption to begin with. This defeats the purpose of the exemption that your DR wrote for me. Talk about still promoting discrimination.

Overall really good Medical centre. Doctors are friendly and helpful.

A doctor I do not recommend Dr Bhanjan S. Sidhu. He is rude to the medical staff and very unprofessional. He does not follow policies and will not accept critical feedback from the medical staff. He is so very rude.

Dr Elza McNamara has been our family's (6 of us) Dr for 9 years now. She has always gone above and beyond to assist with any health issue thrown at her. I haven't felt this much care as a patient since my childhood Dr. The receptionist are always lovely and the overall care at this practice is just wonderful.

I do not recommend Dr Sidhu.
I made the mistake of commenting "I expected Dr Nair. " Not realising I had booked with Dr Sidhu. Simple mistake. However, He then went off and accused me of disrespecting him in front of patients that weren't even present when I made the comment. And in his office further berated me for discrimination from the sentence I mentioned. He would not let me speak and laughed me off whenever i tried to do so. I was left in tears.

Dr Nair is the best doctor, she actually listens to you properly, unlike past doctors I've had at other medical centers who don't even listen or do anything helpful, she is also kind and she really follows up on things. Don't know why people are complaining about reception here either and I never had a problem. I just got off the phone to them and they were really nice too.

Glad to see I’m not the only one who finds the old women at the desk really rude and condescending. Even on the phone they have no manners. Rang up as I had a miss call from the number and was told in reply “YEAH but I don’t know who you are? ” Over and over. Like mate? Your practise called me? The nice response would be “Okay no worries, can I just get your name so I can look up why we called you in the morning” it’s what I do at my job? So why do they have to act cranky?
Sorry but they’re the first people you interact with when you enter, and they just ruin your mood and impression when you come in so I have to give a 1 star.

I will say Dr Rehka Nair is the best doctor I’ve ever seen, highly recommend her. Very caring and listens to you:)

I found the drs there to be great unfortunately the 2 stars is for the condescending lady at the desk last time I went. Would have been 1 star but thought that was unfair as the drs have always been awesome.

An all round fantastic, professional and friendly experience - front desk, Doctor and nurse. It's out of my patch, so I am happy to travel the one and half hours to get there.

If you book an appointment with these people they will forget your booking, then act like it's your fault somehow.

Nothing worse than making a booking and setting time aside only to show up to the practice and find out the appointment never existed.

Great service, awesome doctor, got the all clear 99℅ in healthy condition not bad for 58yr old other 1℅ was watch what I eat

I travel over 20 minutes to go here to see Dr Nair. She is one of the most compassionate doctors with a beautiful soul and she always puts me straight at ease the moment one I arrive. I have been struggling with my health the last few years and have been to many of a doctor who brush off women's issues. She has done so much for me the last year and words don't express how grateful I am to have her as my GP. I have also been to see Dr Eliza once whom is also just fantastic. Admin are always professional and friendly and I usually never have any problems with wait times. Pathology however, can be quite slow at certain times.

The wait times are always long. Never book an appointment here if so then arrive at least 30 minutes late. I've been here multiple times and always waiting long after my shecluded appointment.
My last appointment, I was made to wait over an hour. Ridiculous

I have heard many great things about Dr Rekha Nair and she met all of the positive recommendations. Happy to travel for half an hour to see her. She is both Professional and friendly.

Thank you to all staff, from telephone reception to DR Elza. When I gave up hope of finding help for my boy, you helped us. Best medical services. 10/10 rating from us.

There are people on this forum and others, writing negative reviews and they had not even been to this practice as patients.

Never written a review before, but this particular clinic needs to get it's GPs in check.
I've seen 3-4 different doctors here, all rude, angry, tired? I don't care. Disgusting service.
Rather travel 20minutes to another suburb for medical advice.

I was told they bulk billed, when I went in they and got a check up! I was there for 2 minutes!
I was previously bulk billed and not told that they are going chatge me! When I raised my concerns they advised that I am missing the point and bulk billing is a nice gesture!

They asked the doctor if he would bulk bill this, he advised that he would like me to pay as he gets more money! I can’t believe this! Will never go again

I find this practice totally crap. They take no responisibity for there doctors - because most are uncaring forigners who have no idea!
The only good doc id Dr marino & he is that sick he hardly goes to work anymore, There pathology stuffs up blood tests & you have to wait forever to get results & the reception team are just as useless. DO NOT RECOMEND

Just booked an appointment with Dr Nair as i have been recommended to see her. The receptionist couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. Her name is debbie. First she booked me with any doctor then when she went to end the call i was like umm who is that with? Not Dr Nair. Umm ok cancel that one and when is Dr Nair available? Got in this friday. Stop and slow down girls.

Some of the receptionists are SO rude. I spoke to one on the phone and she didn't listen to me, she actually scoffed at me when I said that I was seeing a psychologist, she wasn't helpful at all. She even said "whatever" when I tried explaining it to her. Ergh: (made me feel like crap for the rest of the day.thanks alot

As for the doctors, Doctor Nair is excellent. She is caring and she actually listens to you. I haven't been to any of the other doctors so cannot review them.
