Forrestfield Chinese BBQ Restaurant

Nice place, friendly staff good service unfortunately the food was not very tasty.
Had to add extra flavourings as it was too bland for me.

Went there tonight as we always do for special occasions and the young lady behind the front counter was very rude and abrupt
Never going there again, why advertise dining in all over their premises, just to walk in for a meal and get verbally abused by a young lady who should not be allowed to deal with the public

I tried phoning to place an order for over an hour. The phone continued to ring out or be engaged. I ended up driving down thinking that there must have been something wrong with the phone line. When I asked them why I couldn't phone through they told me that they had turned their phones off because they were too busy and if I wanted to place an order I would have to wait over an hour. If they had of answered their phone and told me this in the first place I would have still been happy to order and drive down once it was ready not sit there for an hour waiting. Who does that.

Very unimpressed. Thought we’d give them a go and was let down. Order made around 6 and currently still waiting on our order at 824pm, we called around 7pm told it was on its way, then get called 5minutes ago telling us that they had run out of one of the selections and can they change it. Still currently waiting for out food and spending 90$ on it too. Lost my support now.

Made a reservation, arrived 15 minutes early, had a toddler with us, were sat down, my missus had to take a bottle of water from the fridge, waited at least 15 minutes to order, restaurant had about 5 customers (all in the same group) Toddler was given plastic cup, we were given no glasses.
My entree arrived, wifes 5 minutes later. Food was good, disappointed with the wasabi prawns, more like mayonnaise prawns.
Had to pack the leftovers myself and then stood at the counter waiting to pay in full sight of the head lady for about 5 minutes. She only came over when a take-away customer showed up.
Quite a poor show for a business with so many menulog awards, where can I buy some of those?

I ordered food through menu log. Food was delivered to wrong address and then I was called to say it's out the front. I complained through the menu log app and have waited for a response. I received cold food and didn't enjoy the experience. An item was left out and the driver rang me to ask if I really wanted it. It's a shame because I have enjoyed the food from here previously. I spent over $70 on dinner and the restaurant seems to ignore the fact that I was not happy.

Just tried to order a meal and they wanted to charge me considerably higher prices than what their website says.

Update your website or charge what you advertise

Never trust their "5 minutes ready". And the Singapore style Rice noodles does not taste good

Had birthday dinner with friends last night. Foods ok but lacking of service. Staffs are running around attending customers need. Always in hurry. I have to keep asking to put an order. Staffs have lack of enthusiams. You go out for dinner to relax and unwind not to be serve by rushing staffs. Also the place was very crowded. If you want to compete with business the place must be a little bit presentable. The tables have no linen. I was expecting a bit of presentation rather than naked tables.

Food here is above average, decided to sit in.
Could do with some work to clean the place up, empty boxes and stock all over the place, asked for a wine glass and it wasnt even clean. Not a very comfortable nor inviting restaruant.

If your feeling hungry for a great feed then I would recommend that you drop in and check out the menu and I'm sure you won't be disappointed with so many dishes to choose from.

Do not order via their website.
Apparently they’re not even aware it exists.

Great food at a decent price. Only had the takeaway but good fresh and portion size is generous.

Celebrated a birthday here and the service and food where great. No complaints and quick to be served and not a long wait time in between ordering and getting the food.

Great selection, excellect quality food, accommodating staff. Certainly the best chinese food at reasonable cost in Forrestfield.

The best I've had in Perth. Definitely worth trying it's a hidden Gem alright. Great service and awesome fresh food. Prices aren't too bad either. Will be going back for sure

Just had satay beef and honey king prawns and special fried rice and so good. Satay has peanuts and a lovely sauce and rice is full of lovely bits and the prawns so tender and sticky honey sauce. Recommend
