Friendly and professional staff who take time to listen to you, and focus on helping you recover from injury. They lay out a pathway out of injury back to health using individual programs of exercise. Highly recommend them

Been going to a stretch class with Lucia and then Lorena for several years now and always find it beneficial to keep things mobile and in working order. Friendly, relaxed setting and good company.

Extremely knowledgeable and didn’t tell me to ‘just stop training’ or ‘just rest for a couple weeks’. Actually helped to modify my training and help me get back to 100%

I have seen both Lucia and Jason with niggly injuries as well as quite serious ones. They offer a 'hands on' service when required (massage, adjustments etc) but also take the time to take you into the gym and actually look at how you are moving. They then provide you with exercises and stretches to aid your recovery as well. Jason has also helped with my gymnastics which showed drastic improvements to my strict muscle ups and handstands.
