I have seen both Lucia and Jason with niggly injuries as well as quite serious ones. They offer a 'hands on' service when required (massage, adjustments etc) but also take the time to take you into the gym and actually look at how you are moving. They then provide you with exercises and stretches to aid your recovery as well. Jason has also helped with my gymnastics which showed drastic improvements to my strict muscle ups and handstands.
