Never been greeted or acknowledged in all the times I have walked into the store (and it’s a lot).

Horrible service. Staff was not helpful and supportive. Girl on the counter was very rude.

Awkward shopping experience here. A woman was teaching a new staff member it seems at the register. I had $260 worth of products, the lady asked for my email address. I said sorry I’d rather a receipt. She then said it’s not for the receipt she can’t process the payment without my email address. I don’t live in Australia, I live in the UAE so for promotion’s if that’s what’s it for, is unnecessary. So weird that this company needs email address’s before continuing a payment. Yes, not a big deal for an email address but to not have an option to not give it? Weird.

I just got served by Millie, Rose and Priya and they were so lovely, went above and beyond for me to get a tricky dress situation sorted this is costumer service girls, you amazing the store is blessed to have you! Thank you! Amazing staff hope the store sees your value!

I have only been here twice to buy a dress for my mums birthday. I wasnt sure of the size but if I came to return it after her birthday, the 2 weeks would have been up. I spoke to the manager and she assured me I could return it. Well 3 weeks later I came back, keep in mind that I misplaced my recipt. I met the manager and despite being quite busy, she accepted the return. Not only that, but she ordered the dress in the right size. I can't speak for all their staff because I havent had much experience with them, but the manager was patient and kind. Truly some of the best customer service I have experienced!

I came to look for some work clothes as I saw on Forever New’s social media that they’d released some new items. However, the Joondalup store was poorly stocked.

I love the clothes at Forever New, they have something for every occasion. Whilst their Joondalup staff is really friendly, I have noticed a couple of times now that they can become a bit overbearing with following you around the store. Understandably they're trying to make a sale and reach monthly KPI's but sometimes less is more:)

Rude staff. No wonder customers were walking out. No customer service at all. Was in there for ages and both staff we're out the back for most of my time in there.

Love love love this shop, I actually bought the most divine soft covered diary last year & have been going back ever since bcos its affordable as well as beautiful

I love the clothes at Forever New & get most of my work clothes from there. The Joondalup store staff follow you around asking if you need anything (I counted 7 times once). I'm not sure if the Manager has them on "theft control" & they therefore shadow ALL customers or if they think that's customer service?: -I Just in case you didn't feel awkward enough in there, they want to check your bags on the way out. I drive to the Karrinyup store now.
