I've used the services at Forever in Vogue for about 20 years, before Yuko owned it. It's local to me and convenient and my services were mostly waxing. The staff appears to change regularly so there lacks a professional consistency. I had never questioned their standards before even when I'd paid for waxing and gone home with blobs of wax still clinging to my bikini line and upper legs nor when the beautician pulled so hard on the wax strips that my thighs bruised for the following week. I never reported the patches of missed hair that I later dealt with at home or the hair follicles that resulted in itchy and sore infected pustules. What I did complain about was Yukos indifference to client loyalty and satisfaction. I wont recommend Yukos salon and will not be returning there which will be beneficial for both of us.

I have tried to call a number of times, yet have got in contact with no one. The website doesn't work either. It has no facebook to contact so who are we to call. I was given a gift voucher for my birthday last year, weirdly enough its filled out until 3/2/2020 but the lady then went over it and wrote 3/7/2020 something i genuinely did not do myself. However even having it last a year goes against the policy stated on the voucher so clearly whoever filled it out didn't know what to do. However, i want to use it before it expires on the 3/7th/2020. I have left two voicemails already.

Firstly Yuko thank you for responding to my review of your salon, I admit I had forgotten about it as it was written well over four months ago. I'm sure that the time lapse for your response affected your recollection of my visit. On the issue of me pressuring or the veiled implication that I may have bullied your employee, that is a complete untruth and puts me in the awkward position of having to defend myself and my actions against your unwarranted allegations. I made a polite request to your worker and was so bluntly and rudely denied, that I brought the matter up with you. At the time I felt this had been a direct instruction from you that she
refuse any request from me and in so doing making me feel totally unvalued as a client. On previous visits I have been warmly recieved by your staff and enjoyed friendly conversations with your girls, my only issue has ever been you querying my unwillingness to pay an extra fee for no extra service. Let me state vehemently that I have always paid for your services, I have never expected or demanded anything for free or for a reduced price whether I have left satisfied or not. I expect a fair price for fair service from anyone I deal with. On this particular day I was standing in front of your desk with my debit card in my extended hand for the whole time we were in discussion. I stated more than once that I didn't expect a free service.
It was in fact you who refused my payment even as I insisted. That was the only time I have ever left your shop without paying and I'll repeat that it was on your insistance. To accuse me of behaving badly in your shop is a lie! Any customer has the right to express dissatisfaction with a service they have received and that includes me. After twenty years of loyalty to the salon that was my only stated grievance regardless of other problems I've experienced in the past. Dealing with an unhappy client you should have considered that perhaps there may have been an issue and tried to resolve it instead of painting me to be the villain. To encourage me to seek out different salons for future treatment reflected your indifference and unprofessionalism.

I have been having facials at Forever in Vogue for years. The girls always do an amazing job and the specials are fantastic value. Yuko and her girls are professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their services and products. My skin always feels and looks incredible after a visit there for one of their beautiful facials.
I highly recommend Forever in Vogue to everyone.

I had a massage and a pedicure with Annabelle probably the best massage I've ever had. She was very professional, thorough and made it a very pleasant experience

My mother-in-law (she is her late 60’s) recently came here for a facial along with a pedicure and manicure. When she went for the facial, she was not asked whether she was sensitive to any products. She was also wearing makeup and they did not remover her makeup before the facial began. Almost immediately she went red and her face was starting to burn. They tried to put a cold press on to take away the heat and then a cool gel. That was the end of the facial. She was then still charged 150 dollars for the services. A total rip off. No offer of compensation was made.

I have been visiting Forever in Vogue for over 10 years. Yuko always does an amazing job when doing my nails. They always look beautiful from week to week. Highly recommend this lovely salon.

I have been going to Forever in Vogue now for 10 years and I always get looked after beautifully with a top notch service each time. I fly to Canada to be with my long distance partner couple times a year the girls have me ready and photo shoot perfect as my partner is an international world renowned public figure and his fans always comment how beautiful my skin looks in photos! Thank you girls you’re are my beautiful skin angels! ️xxx

Came here 2 weeks ago for an eyebrow tint and wax. I was in and out the door within 10 minutes. The lady only waxed the bottom of my brows, didn’t tweeze anything and did all of this while the tint was sitting. I couldn’t tell until I got home and washed the tint off but they looked awful, there was no shape and heaps of random out of place hairs. I ended up going to Karrinyup essential beauty and the nice girl there fixed them for me. I would not recommend.
