Foreshore Fish & Chips reviews
73 Ordered for delivery and when it was delivered, half the order was missing. I rang them and within 15 mins, they had their own staff deliver my remaining order.
The fish was tender and chips nice and fresh
100% recommended
Food was very delicious, and lovely service! Also very yummy pickled onions!
Will be coming back when in Mandurah again.
Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
YUMMY!
Pretty good! Love myself some fish from here when I struggle to catch my own haha. The food is always consistent and always portions are very generous. Thanks for your variety of flavours and sauces also. This is good. Also your pickled onions are the best in the area. Now time to go catch my own fish again
Don't recommend, calamari was over cooked and crunchy, everything was very oily.didn't taste good at all. $60 in fish and chips complete waste of money.
Burnt chips, half battered soggy oily fish and a lump of what is supposed to be 12 squid rings.thanks
Very slow in taking your order and very slow getting your order out. I order comes out every 45 minutes to 1 hour. Elsewhere is 1 order every 10-15 minutes. Very slow at getting your order out and looking at a 2 hour wait.
This place is horrible. I made an order online, luckily I didn't pay for it. It said 15 minutes so I drove there and waited 1 whole hour. In the end I just walked away. I was so mad! Really stuffed me around. Tried calling and phone line was busy
Stay away from this place wanted 2 bucks extra to grill the fish what a joke
Horrible service
Nice clean and very happy polite people, very fair for the price, sorry I had eaten most of it before I remembered to take a photo as it is so excellent.
I can highly recommend Foreshore Fish n chips.
Regards
Nathan
I ordered 2 pieces of whiting chips and 6 seafood scallops. I ended up with 4 pieces of I don’t know want most likely shark no chips and the worst sea scollops I’ve ever tasted. This was ordered through Uber eats when I rang to complain they told me I had to go through Urber eats. First time with Urber eats and first and last time with both them and Foreshore Fish and chips
DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE!
Feel free to check my other fish and chips shop reviews; I'm clearly a hard man to please, but please they did.
The fish was delicious (battered and grilled), the chips were great, the dim sims were real, deep fried, battered dim sims, the squid rings were moist and crisp and tasty.
Admittedly, the chicken nuggets were more reminiscent of the old chicken and corn patties you got at the school canteen, and the curry sauce was a little too sweet, but that was small stuff.
Finally, a friendly, well priced, tasty fish and chips shop.
Loved it, and will be back.
Great fish, chips and salad. Generous amount and well prepared. Pleasant location Mandurah foreshore beside "Old Mandurah" bridge. Parking is fine.
This place was a joke. Extremely rude service, lack of staff on a long weekend, they were not even aware of the online orders until after we turned up.
Snapper servings were ridiculous- the lemon wedge was almost bigger and they were dry like rubber.
There was a hair in the calamari rings- gross.
What a waste of time and money.
Ordered food at 6.31, it arrived at 8.27 absolutely freezing cold, chips soggy, fish heated up by us was nice, pineapple fritters were so dry they couldn't be eaten and the crab sticks were freezing cold too, I never complain about food but this was duscusting, this cost $72.00, our delivery driver wasso apologetic when he arrived with it, said by the time they contacted him to collect it all the oven were off and shop was closing, did they just forget to sort this or don't care
1hr 20min long wait with a forced apology and attitude. Food was meh at best. All clumped together and snapper was dry and overcooked. My wife hated it and she has low standards. Just look at me.
Could this be the worst Fish and Chips in Mandurah?
Foreshore!
Snapper tasted fresh and chips weren't overly oily. Scallops were juicy, shrimps and mussels were delicious. Portion sizes were good bang for your buck.
Went here for Monday Lunch around midday Pretty happy with the quality and amount. 3 of us got the Fisherman's Feast and extra small Snapper which was juicy and fresh at $36 with extra tartare sauce - also noted pretty good portioning. The batter wasn't overwhelming, squid was battered lightly and the scallops were juicy, not firm and rubbery. Lots of seafood options. Would come again. Would've loved a slice of lemon but I'm sure they'd be more than happy to provide if asked (we forgot as we were too busy enjoying our food!). Thanks for a good meal.
The fish was lovely and fresh and beautifully cooked.if I was to comment on anything, the chips were a little underwhelming I love a big chip something I can stick my teeth intobut that is just my preference.
Arrived at 11.35am today to order to be told another 40mins before I could order. 2 open signs out on the street. An open door and opening hours online said open. Very disappointed. Will be ordering elsewhere
1 1/2 hr wait, extremly disorganised, responded with a lie regarding an alergy I have and I ended up very ill.
Never going to go there again.
