I’ve never had worse customer service. I called no less than 5 times and waited nearly 4 weeks for them to come and fix my unit that was still under warranty. Today it was finally fixed and took the guy literally 5 mins to repair. So I sat in the heat for nearly 4 weeks for a 5 minute repair. Totally unacceptable!

I would highly recommend Ford and Doonan. We replaced an antiquated ducted reverse cycle system in our 100 year old cottage.
Kevin gave expert solutions during the quoting process and the installation was seemless including cutting of new ceiling outlets and subsequent clean up of the 100 year ceiling dust.
I’d like to especially call out Jordan who ran the install. He was amazing, taking the time to train the whole family in how to use the system and answering all our questions in a kind, patient and knowledgeable manner.
We love our new Daikon system!

They were able to turn around a ducted system within a week of booking. Smooth and timely installation and clean up. Kevin was the only person that came for a site inspection out of the 8-10 companies I contacted and suggested a good value system.

Kevin came highly recommended from two of our friends who recently had their aircon installed. We can see why! Our interaction with Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and he didn’t try and upsell. Jordan and the team came for the install a couple days ago and they were professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We contracted Kevin and his team to add a room to our existing 15 y/old Daikin system and to upgrade the control system to Airtouch 2. Kevin made sure the upgrade was possible, no hassle on the day of installation. Our system works so much better - thanks guys.

Rang 4 times to receive a quote back from an inspection and provided two email addresses but yet no response. Frustrating experience.

Great Service from Kevin and his team at Ford and Doonan West Perth. We were happy with the price and received great service. Kevin accommodated the changes we wanted to make to our a/c system during the build to suit our requirements. There was a small issue once the systems were installed but this was rectified promptly which gave us confidence that we would be looked after in the future with the ongoing maintenance of our systems. Highly recommend.

Very poor customer service.
Contacted 3 weeks ago regarding fixing a controller for the system installed by this company. Heard nothing back for close to 1 week. Called them twice and all the receptionist said was sorry about that and will get the team to call you up. 2 weeks later, still nothing and called up again and received the same script this time. Finally, got a reply saying that they need to order it in. An UPDATE in the last 2 weeks would be sufficient.
In that email, they asked if I would like to go ahead and I said yes. No response after 3 days, I sent another follow up email and no response either. Called up again and the same receptionist said will get the team to contact me. STILL WAITING FOR MY ISSUE TO BE FIXED.

3 weeks and I am still at pretty much square 1. No communication/update. All the contact initiated by me to get the update. This level of service is horrible and need to be looked at.

Highly recommend! Dealt with Kevin at Ford & Doonan West Perth to install a ducted system a few years back. We needed to get the ducting in through to a lean-to kitchen. All the other companies I contacted said it couldn't be done, but Kevin got it though. Have since gone back to them for a split system in our separate studio and they have just come back to extend the ducted system after we finished our rennovation and extension. Kevin knows AC inside out, only provides quality gear and was excellent at fine tuning the system after installation.

Ford and Doonan West Perth have been looking after us for a few years now. The service provided by Kevin and his team has always been excellent and outstanding. We recently moved to another house and the existing air conditioning system died after 4 weeks of moving in. We rang Ford and Doonan West Perth and had a brand new Daikin airconditioning installed with remote access to control each room temperature. The team was very professional and respectful. If anyone is thinking of using Ford and Doonan West Perth I highly recommend them, they did a great job installing ducted aircon to my house. I haven't had any issues, they were fast to respond, and accommodated my requests. They worked carefully and made no mess or damage to the property, I appreciated the fact that there were no dirty marks left on the ceiling etc to my house once they were done everything was left clean and tidy.
