My air conditioning was meant to be installed before Christmas but the job was canceled twice due to staff being sick. Ford & Doonan apologised & gave me a couple movie tickets which was good. The job was completed last week, the whole team was good. They cleaned up after themselves. A special mention for Shane Britton, he was very thorough when explaining the ins & outs of the job & showing me the work that had been done in my roof space & gave a good demonstration on how to operate the unit. Shane even patched up some wall damage that was caused weeks earlier by another tradesperson installing gym equipment at my house. Definitely recommend Ford & Doonan Malaga

Had two split systems installed just before Christmas. Martyn, Luke, Mike and the team were fabulous. Also use F&D for servicing due to the excellent service experience.

We are really happy with Luke for his advice and guidance upfront and to the installing team who fitted our SOLAR PV on one of the hottest days of summer to date. Thank you

F&D's planning was good. Installation started when they said they would. Took a bit longer to install than what they estimated but the installers worked unitl 19: 00 to catch up, so all good. Left the place in a fairly neat state. The system works well, was sized properly and the AirTouch system works great.

I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had dealing with Ford and Doonan Malaga. Within 2 weeks of my initial contact with Ford and Doonan my ducted air conditioning was installed and working beautifully. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and professional people. Thank you very much.

Disappointed - lack of communication and bureaucracy has spoilt the experience. Each location 'branch' is a separate franchise, and Malaga is the worst at looking after the client. Calling a main service number behind the scenes must be dealt with the branch you purchased the unit from. The service call falls thru the system (there is no incidence number), and you are waiting days (and you need to call for follow-up). They use 3rd parties for servicing and warranty repairs, who don't call you back, and dont have parts. Don't believe all the advertising - for all the money you spend; you dont get the experience you hoped for.

Ford & Doonan did an excellent job! They even had two guys out for the install day and still finished in a timely manner. Dean took the time to answer any and all questions. We are very happy with our reverse cycle and would recommend.

We recently had F&D Malaga do a complete strip out and replacement of a fully ducted reverse cycle aircon unit. It was a reasonable size job, across 10 rooms/zones, taking a couple of days to complete. From the commencement of the quote process to the handover of the completed project we were very impressed with their level of professionalism, workplace cleanliness, communication, and genuine interest in our level of satisfaction. Their price was competitive, their workmanship top level, and we felt we were valued as a client. Thank you.

Poor customer service, have called multiple times regarding our job being unfinished. As the upgrades have been paid for already, are not willing to call back. Do not recommend paying this company until the job is complete.
