After one of two reverse cycle outlets in our home stopped working (as we had been told might happen when the units had their annual service), my husband did some research into alternative means of heating and cooling our home and contacted Ford and Doonan for some more information. Joe Barningham came out on Thursday 29th June and explained, very clearly, the 16kw ducted air conditioning system which could be a possibility with six zones and powered by electricity. We decided there and then to ask for a quote; that came through that afternoon; we accepted the quote and the system was installed very efficiently this morning/early afternoon by the Ford and Doonan team. Hard to believe that everything happened so quickly and efficiently; the men worked well and cleaned up afterwards; Duncan clearly explained how to use the controls and it's now on our phone as well as on the wall. Well what can I say, Two days ago I call for a price and information about some products you offer.
No reply from anyone at you establishment in 2 days. You must have so much work, and haven't the time for a intentional customer.
I would rather pay someone else $500 more than employ you people to do my work.this all fact.

I had a 5kva Solar System and Daikin Premium reverse cycle installed by Ford & Doonan. Very happy with level of service, communication, and deal offered when combined as package deal. Once I decided to go ahead all installed quickly and professionally. Happy to recommend Ford and Doonan.

The boys at the Bunbury Branch have been looking after me for day one and all I can say is that you blokes are legends! Just has the unit serviced and you did my solar panels clean too and didn't even charge me for that! You are not getting a 5 star review for a no charge by the way! Great Customer Service.

We shopped around for a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system for our house and in the end we couldn't go past Ford and Doonan Bunbury due to value for money and the great pre-sales advice and service provided. Jeremy and his team were professional right throughout the process and provided us with a high quality system that suited our house, family and budget and the customer service and quality of the install was excellent. The installers even included our special needs son in small parts of the job and he still talks about it weeks later. We love the system and the change it has made to our home lives and would recommend Ford and Doonan Bunbury to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and high quality air conditioning provider. They are also now about to go into solar systems and we have been that impressed with them that we are going to be one of their first solar system customers. What an awful company. From day one of the installation of our air conditioner we have had problems. Loud reverberating noise, repeatedly happening. They blame the company that makes the unit - the company says it was installed incorrectly. An independent plumber brought in by F &D described it as looking like 'a dogs breakfast up there'. He did something that lessened the noise but 5 years on it still makes that awful noise. The consumer affairs group I called about it made it clear that it would not be worth my while pursuing it through them (long story).
Just to add insult to injury, when I booked it in for a service at the beginning of this year (and added that the display panel was no longer functioning but it was still under warranty so could they please fix it while here) I was told that because I hadn't had it serviced last year my warranty was voided. Then 1 minute after I got off the phone they sent me a text reminder to book my annual service. Funny - they didn't send me that one last year.
Just appalling on every level.
