We bought a house with an old ducted unit installed. Although our unit was old and required just a small repair, from start to finish, the advice, service, and genuine willingness to help was outstanding and from all members of the team with whom we had contact.
We really appreciated their honesty and integrity.
It felt like a breath of fresh air, such good service as this is getting harder to find these days.
We will definitely be going straight to them when our old unit needs replacement - without question.

When our aircon controller decided to stop working I rang Jamie at F & D who was a great help and organised a visit for the next day.
Their service tech Max turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty control panel. He replaced it and even set up the wifi on my wife’s phone

We had our reverse cycle air con fitted by Cam & his team last year, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable with high quality workmanship & a pleasure to deal with that much so we contacted them to have our solar fitted which they did today. My home was assessed and the details of the plan was explained without any technicalities.
The next day I received a quote which was a very reasonable one and without hesitation I went along with Ford & Doonan.
They were on time and on schedule.
Very friendly staff arrived on the day of the instillation. Above all very accommodating.
They completed the job as planned and left my home tidy.
The young apprentice waited for me and explained the operation and then left. He was no hurry even though it was Friday afternoon.
