Excellent customer service. When the Carousel store didn’t have the style I wanted in my size, Naoise called her colleague at the DFO store and had them put aside my item for me - saving me time and the potential disappointment of travelling to another store just to not find them. Naoise was very helpful and deserves to be commended!

I just want to thank the store manager Azka sooo much for helping me out yesterday! She went above and beyond to try find a suitable work attire for me. Forcast is ideal work to dinner wear. On trend, practical, feminine and a touch of original. The colours coordinate for a capsule wardrobe. Love in-store and on-line service.
